DIM Complex/Resveratrol Are Great Supplements To Lower Slightly Elevated Estrogen Levels
What's up guys? I wrote a forum about the different types of vitamins and supplements that I take on a daily basis. There's one supplement that is very important, that I forgot to mention. I take HCG year round to treat my low-T (Secondary Hypogonadism), and while I'm running gear to keep my estrogen levels in check, to remain fertile, and to keep my balls from shrinking. However, when I'm not running gear, and taking just HCG, I use DIM Complex, that you can get from a vitamin store, to keep my estrogen within normal range, because when taking the HCG within normal prescribed doses, your estrogen doesn't rise high enough to need an A.I.(For Most People Anyhow).Don't get me wrong, HCG can raise your E2 levels fairly high, but as long as the dose is within medically prescribed amounts, then the DIM Complex should definitely be enough to keep your estrogen levels within a normal range! Sometimes, I may even add Resveratrol Complex with the DIM Complex if my estrogen levels are slightly higher than usual, but not that high where they would need an A.I. or something. In the Resveratrol Complex is: Red Wine Extract 100mg, Grape Seed Extract 50mg, and Resveratrol 30mg. So, before you just reach for an A.I., give DIM a try, and maybe that'll be one less prescription medication that you have to consume. It's worth a shot, ya know!

Honestly, after this post and your last.... I think you’re addicted to taking things. Being addicted to vitamins and supplements is actually a real thing. You should probably Google it and then seek out a professional talk to someone. The fact that you take 25+ things every day and think it’s healthy is really scaring me.
JayD718I'd like to begin by saying that I really appreciate the fact that you're concerned about me. I truly do! To be completely honest with you, you're correct in a way, and actually I've been in therapy for a long time. Not solely for that, which is actually an obsession, and falls under OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), but I also suffer from very bad anxiety and panic attacks, and some depression. It's not that I'm addicted to taking these vitamins and supplements, it becomes an obsession of mine. My psychiatrist says that taking all these vitamins and supplements falls under my obsessive compulsive disorder. I've been taking vitamins in general since I was about 12yrs old, but of course, not in the quantities I'm taking now. For those of you who don't know the meaning, it doesn't mean that I'm crazy, retarded, or anything. OCD is a personality trait that could have both negative and positive aspects to having it! Millions of Americans actually have it to some degree. Being obsessive about taking so many different vitamins and supplements, is what I would say is a negative aspect of my OCD. Also, when I take the vitamins and supplements, I must take them in a specific order, and they always must be taken in that order. Being a perfectionist about everything I do, would be an example of a positive aspect of my OCD. For instance, when I used to write papers or even just regular homework in school, my papers couldn't have any wrinkles in them, my writing would have to be perfect, if a word was misspelled, or I messed up writing a single letter, instead of just crossing it out, I would have to write the whole thing over on a fresh piece of paper. There are many other examples that I can't even think of, or don't even realize when I'm doing them. You can probably get a sense of my OCD, by the way I write my comments and posts on this site, or even by this post right here! This also rolls over to my steroid use. Not necessarily what the quantities of the juice I do, but more to do with having to obtain every single ancillary that I could possibly need, along with every single steroid that I am even considering using. I don't think that it's actually a bad thing regarding the juice and ancillaries. However "PPGfreak", you're definitely right about me having a problem with the vitamins and supplements! I've actually been working on it, and in the past year or so, I was able to reduce the total amount of vitamins and supplements from around 60 pills per day, down to about 20(I thought anyway). The whole reason I had to stop for a while, and then lower the amount of pills I was taking, was because I had to go to the emergency room for pains I was having in my stomach. It turned out, I had colitis, which basically just means inflammation of the digestive tract, for which I had to get a colonoscopy done, and Thank God, there was nothing wrong. The doctor said to stop, or drastically reduce the amount of pills I was taking, and I did stop them all for a while but went back to a reduced amount, and now I feel fine! I want to get them down to 10 to 15 per day, spread over 3 times per day of what I consider to be the most important, and beneficial to my overall health, but especially the heart, liver, and cardiovascular system, because of my steroid use. I think almost everyone has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to a certain degree. It's not a bad trait to have, since like I said, you can use it in a positive way!
JayD718I can't believe how long that reply actually came out! You see, that's one way in which my obsessiveness comes out!
I have OCD as well my friend. I was taking A ridiculous amount of different things I would constantly time and each one and even have to weigh out my capsules because I was so concerned that they would be perfect. But I got to the point that it honestly wasn’t healthy for me so I stop taking everything altogether. I actually feel 10 times better at this point and just weighing out my rice and chicken is a much is your problem to deal with and I feel a hell of a lot better.
JayD718Hey, what's up? I know that this is from an old post, but I just want to ask you if you take any supplements at all now? And also, you just stopped taking your supplements, or you gradually stopped them?
