If your eating plenty of the right foods,,,,your probably fine with your current regimen.

If your going to take a multi, do yourself a favor and make it one from whole foods. You know its the right one when it is large and green

csawyeh that what my doctor said 1 can of tuna has more fish oil in all the pills u take and the 6 meals u eat aday has all the vitamins u need the more research i do the more i have to agree eat more save more money instead of pissing it away
if you are eating healthy and over 3k calories a day, all you do when you take vitamins is make expensive yellow piss. If you eat fish every other day or ed you dont need fish oil, if you are eating vegetables every day like you should you dont need vitamin c or any of the others.
I would disagree with this respectively. It's by no stretch of the imagination expensive yellow piss. Supplementing with vitamin C, fish oils etc is the cherry on top of a cake that is made of diet and lifestyle.
Agreed +1
csawi see where ur coming from diet and lifestyle compared to the average joe
To each his own, do some research on the supplement industry and also do a macro count like the pros do. I did 2 weeks of macro counting and noticed I was going way over the daily value of all the pill form vitamins I was taking. I stopped buying them after that. If you are eating over 3k worth of food calories a day you are getting more then or right at what you are trying to supplement. Try it for 2 weeks.
I've read into detail about supplementation as it's a part of keeping myself fit and healthy.
I myself do not keep my diet 100% like you seem to be able to, so I experiment with supplements to give me an extra edge. Rather than following a guideline which is set out for the average man I prefer to experiment with supplements and their dosages myself gauging from my own results but also with others experiences. I doubt I could consume enough minerals in my diet to reap the benefits that Liv52 has to offer the liver. The same could be said for all the supplements I take for different scenarios which include:
Multivitamin
Probiotics
Zinc
Liv52
B complex
Taurine
Creatine
Plenty of fish oils
Amongst a few others currently experimenting with green lipped mussel..
I do not keep my diet perfect, but I do eat what I am required in a day, Ill take that cheap shot.
No cheap shot intended I can assure you, there is no place for that in Eroids.
csawfish oil i take 8000mg
vit c 3000mg if i feel a cold coming on ill up it to 5000mg
never supplemented with glucosamine seems a little pricy
csawliver protector liv 52 or Nac and a gallon of h2o aday
Water is magic
Thanks buddy, agreed, I shoot for 3gal a day, usually get at least 1 1/2.
But what I meant was, should I up the dose of the vitamins I am taking? Like take recommended dose twice a day?
