I'm on test E 600/week
I have always taken the same dose Adex, .25 eod...
Today I took .5
Boom! Hot and sweaty, red face, puffy chapped lips, my shoulder workout today started well, good pump and stamina... Then my shoulder joints started grinding and hurting.
I says to myself, "self... Let's go ahead and back your Adex off to .25 e3d!"

I agree with everyone bellow, side effect from the adex, reduce it 1/4 of a mg and proceed...
Yup sounds about right, I take .5 e3d it works for me. Going from .25 with no issues to .5 probably dropped the estro way down. Hot flashes, LoL. this stuff is made for woman... My wife rags me for taking it. She's a Pharmacist so she looks at my little kit often and has a chucle as well as some solid advice! Good luck man, If your questioning the levels, spend the 50 bucks and bloods... No better way to know where your at, hell you can even see how the rest of the cycle is going...
Yeah sounds like you need to back off the Adex a little and stick with the .25
What was the reason you upped it ?
Well... Honestly, My boners were getting a little soft. I figured a little experimental bump sounded like a good idea. Now I know what .5 does to me, back to .25
Thinking of trying e3d instead of eod to see how that feels.
this is a common side affect when putting foreign substaces in our body, paw paw cream works well for the chapped lips, hot flushes/ red face etc is also common when using ais and serms, lets not forget they were designed for women.
