+ 2 COFFEE BEFORE TRAINING

ad

hi guys and girls i just thought i would share my thoughts and experience . i rarely drink coffee 2 cups a year maybe i do not dislike it but hot drinks in general do not quench my thirst . last week a had a coffee 10 minutes before i started training and was amazed at the difference it made it was like i was possessed i have been training for 15 years about a year ago i did try a supplement that had lots of things in it to help you workout better and one of the additives was caffeine but i did not like the feeling it gave me i felt wired like i had taken class A drugs it probably had a lot of caffeine in it or something else to wire you . i never took it again but for the last week ( 7 days or more ) i have been taking coffee before i train i have experimented with the amount that seems best for me which is 4 spoons of coffee and its been years since anything has changed /improved my training so much im very focused i need less rest time and can train for longer maybe in time it will stop being as dramatic and of course it is so affective because i have never drank it regularly . but for now im impressed. and just to think it costs nothing and i have been walking past that jar of coffee in my kitchen on the way to the gym for years lol the end

The thing with coffee and most other preworkouts is the caffeine content...after a while it starts to take its toll on the adrenal gland diminishing DHEA production and loses effectiveness. Then in turn you will get bogged down and mentally drained from lack of this hormone. Andrenaline and cortisol take over than its a fuck fest with stress and brain fog coupled with fat gain.

so, If this becomes a regular habit - like my mug of coffee twice daily - DHEA is a must. Plus it is super cheap and available over the counter. I do get mine from a Wellness DR so her shit is verified pure!
It provides a boost in of itself plus helps regulate the other hormones produced in the gland

There are lots of pre-workouts out there and coffee is one of them. I don't drink coffee, but I do use a pre-workout that contains caffeine. I don't like to over-do it, so I never go over the recommended dose.
You just need to experiment with different things and see what works best for you. If coffee does the trick, then stick with it.

nice idea rusty thanks for the tip i eat oats for my breakfast so i do have everything in stock to try that

Uncooked bloats me out bad. I think the oats expand in your stomach as they absorb liquid. I still throw uncooked oats in from time to time to get the carbs in when I'm rushed but never before a work out. Cream of wheat is good to..
