Ive been researching liver care products and im seeing some conflicting info on tudca vs essential forte and was wondering what the community here would recommmend while running a hefty dose of anavar (100mg ED 3x split)
I understand anavar is mild on the liver but better safe than sorry imo
Also I dont feel that milk thistle or liv 52 are effective for oral steroid use
