+ 1 BCAA's

ad

I was wondering how many people use BCAAs and if so what brand how often and why? Reason I ask is because recently been getting everything in check and want to make sure to take all the proper supps as well. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

i have recently been using the cheap aminos that you just measure out the tablespoon. they seem to do the trick. i drop 2 tablespoons in about 6oz of water and sip in between sets during gym on days when i miss a meal or something. otherwise i dont take them. honestly if you have a really good diet you dont really need them. also if you drink whey at any point in time during the day you are getting lots of aminos anyway. check the source of your aminos to determine if its a good source. (example: if its an amino complex derived from beef or whey, its g2g with me)

nutri-shop bcaa sprots is the best in my opinion I take it before I go to bed for maximum recovery. this site also has a couple good ones too, best part is there's a ton of reviews on the products and they're all real people not sponsors lol.Good luck bro hope this helps:)

I love Superior Amino Tabs 2222. I get the so dirt cheap its scary. Ask me. I take them all the time. They are so cheap I take with meals, preworkout post work out. Midnite with water during a piss break...
Sure there are really fancy shit like Animal Nitro with the Human muscle protein complex.. and that gives you ridiculous pumps, but at a premium.

PM me and Ill tell you where the cheapest one is. You will be like OH 180 servings lol for like $13... I think thats what I paid last time... 2,222 mg of aminos in every serving

BTW if you just read about the 22 most fundemental Amino Acids(or 20 ) You will be blown away by the things they do. They create your reality.

I use them either before, during or after workout because I get them in powder form from here:
http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/uspowders/bulk-modern-bcaa-1-kg.html?...

I work out in my garage so summer months are brutal, I mix gatorade with BCAA powder and sip during work out, it really helps. I take it before bed sometimes as well, or anytime I need the extra surge of aminos.

I use Xtend for BCAA.

I do a scoop during my workout, and a scoop when i'm walking out the gym,

Some do it before IMO this is pointless.

BCAA are the vitamins for your muscles, I swear by them. I add a complex amino acid to my water that I drink throughout the day. Before and after the gym it's 2000mg of Glutamine and Arginine. This combination helps with pumps and recovery. Then at bedtime I take a complex amino acid again to repair my body while I sleep. I have tried many manufactures and found SNI to have the best quality aminos. They are a little expensive but I definitely notice the difference.

2 Dymatize BCAA before and after Gym and a scoop of Amino X with my first shake of the day and Last casein shake before bed

I only use em while Im on insulin...

Novorapid: 50g BCAA preworkout + 50g PWO

Lantus: 10g BCAA every 2 hours between meals

They taste like shit, dont mix, cost a fortune ect... Unless you need BCAA`s to hit your system very quickly, theyr a waste of time and money.

Same here as matty I get my bcaa from shakes before bed. If I go out if town or camping I take a slow release bcaa, to prevent catabolic effect. But if I'm cycling I bring shakers with mix wherever I go.
