All natural workout/diet plan help

ad

Hey eroids Fam,

So its been about a year since i been in the gym...I am getting started again come tomorrow. I have bought my protein, BCAA and glutemine. Now i have a general idea of what i should be eating and doing in the gym, however i do much better when i have an actual plan laid out for me. Therefore i was hoping someone could write me out a diet plan along with a general work out plan. I am 25 years old and under weight at 140lbs :/ . Now i have been around the community long enough to know that taking Test or any other steroid for that matter is not smart and i have at an age where i can achieve everything i want with just hard work and discipline. As i write this i am prepping all my food for the upcoming week and plan to eat eat eat. However i just wanted to get a plan written up that outlines how many oz of chicken, fish, etc i should be eating along with a general workout plan to do while in the gym. I used to workout pretty consistent in my college years but after graduating and starting a 50 hour work week i stopped. Therefore I have no been in the gym for about a year. So if anyone would be kind enough to write me an outline I would greatly appreciate it. Again i will be doing this all natural, no juice because i know at my age it is not necessary yet. I just want to work hard and do this on my own with hard work. Any input is appreciated. Sorry if this is already written somewhere else, and if so just point me there!! I can say i am very happy to be back with this family and i will work very hard and any help will be taken with care. i plan to work very hard and eat right to not only improve myself but to also show people you dont need roids at a young age like myself. I will be taking progress pics along the way!! Nothing is better then hard work and discipline and i know that!

At least 300 gr of protein each and every day top that off with 300 gr of carbs and 80 gr of good fats.

3320 calories every day. adjust as you gain.

Drop cardio and focus on eating and training.

No problem Mikey. I sent you an FR. Regarding the training though. You have a shitload of volume for arms, if you cannot get them bi's and tri's to be wrecked after 10-12 sets then something is wrong.

We need to get you in and out of the gym in under an hour and concentrate on eating. You destroy the fibers then go rebuild them stronger with food.

You definitely have the right attitude man. Diet and training is what it's all about. I'm a little confused because of the gear pics in your profile though. Not sure if you're hunting for karma or something with this post. Not sure how you got to 100+ karma with no aas experience in the first place.

Also I don't give a shit about karma, don't get me wrong I used to and I used to know a lot of people on this site however once again I matured and all I really care about now is growing...u won't be seeing any gear pics for some time here on out

I was very active on the site about three years ago and at that time I thought juice was the answer...however once I started a real job I stopped working out but in that time became much more mature and realized juice wasnnot the answer so I sold everything I bought and I am doing this natural for the next year or so...sorry for the confusion
