You've clearly done your homework my man. As someone who's about to start a similar 1st cycle, I can definitely appreciate that. But honestly, w/your natural test level as high as it is, and being as young as you are, I would suggest dialing in the diet and training for a while sans PEDs. You've got a solid foundation to build on. I'm also 5'7" (30lbs heavier). So I know where you're at physically. I was there as well. You're basically primed to pack on solid natural muscle w/the right diet/exercise. You should exploit that as long as possible. Good luck to you.
It sounds that you have really.put some time and thought into this cycle and I commend you for that. To be honest, I really encourage you to condition your body and build up naturally more. A lot of guys will talk about reaching your genetic limit, there is some value to this. My main focus though would be just simply having your body conditioned better to sustain the drastic increase in size but more importantly the ability to have strong and capable ligaments and tendons. You are at a high risk of opening yourself up to injuries in the future, epseically if your body is not ready for PEDs. I hate to admit it but this was something I did. I have been struggling through a series of shoulder injuries for a year and a half now. I think a large basis to this was not conditioning my body before starting PEDs. Keep in mind I have not run crazy cycles, I have not really run many cycles even. These are things I encourage you to consider before proceeding.
It seems you have a good head on your shoulders. I hope that you will at least consider this and learn from my mistakes.
Hey Sir, I appreciate your response and definitely understand where you are coming from. Luckily and unfortunately at the same time, my body is more accustomed to carrying unnecessary weight primarily through my many years of being overweight, and for the past four years, part of my work requires me to carry excessive weight for long periods of time as well. So my joints and ligaments are more prepared than most, but you have a valid point and I will consider it.
Thats one way of looking at it. I don't know you and I'm not familiar with your physique, all I know is what you have listed on here. Being overweight and carrying extra weight doesn't always equate to solid ligaments and tendons. When you are overweight it also results in many inflammatory responses occurring. The potential damage from possible inflammation and carrying around extra weight could actually lead to a lower level of ligament and tendon health than the average person in your situation.
I realize you're you own person and there's no persuading someone to do something they don't want do to. I'm not trying to be preachy or lecture. I'm just trying to outline longevity concerns because I feel long term health and well-being are factors that commonly get overlooked in the fitness world. I wish you the best of luck, whatever your choice is.
you dieted to 135 then steadily gained lean mass to 161 - well done, keep it going, no need for steroids
at 694 natural testo you want to take steroids which will drive your natural testo lower? - dont do that
your PCT buddy is a fkn imbecile. do your own research
