Hi Guys,
I finally got all my gear together and I will be giving myself another 12 weeks to cut and then i'll start with the following
Week 1-12 Test E 500mg A week 2x 250mg a week
Week 1-18 12.5mg of aromasin eod running throughout PCT as well
PCT Clomid and Nolva as follows
2 weeks after last pin for
Nolva 40-40-20-20
Clomid 100-100-50-50
Now this is my first "real" cycle as I have only done orals so far but considering the health benefits I decided against the usual dbol and winny thing.
I am really not searching for any critique as i have done my research but for input and suggestions and i'd appreciate helpful input.
My stats are 26 years old around 13% bf (might be a bit lower)
6'2 204lbs
Diet is in check right now cutting at a 500 cal deficit at 30% carbs 50% protein 20% fat.

Okay guys....got my hands on some liquid aromasin (Exemestane)
Ive got 30ml of it @ 25mg per ml how woul i go about taking it?

I would suggest increasing your first two injections of Test E to 500mg per injection. This helps the test build up in your system sooner. Also, as everyone has already said, letro is far too suppressive to run as an anti-estrogen. I have found Arimidex to be more than adequate to keep estrogen levels in check and I keep letro around "just in case" although I haven't needed it yet!

AnonPct looks good. Test looks good. I'm guessing that's Adex your planning on running @.25. If it is I wouldn't start the Adex till about week 3-4 so that way it doesn't mess with your E2 levels. The proviron I'm not to familar with so I'd see what somebody else has to say.

Anonbro, take that letro out of the cycle unless you get gyno flares.. that will nuke your estrogen levels. a-whole-nother host of sides you don't wanna deal with. if you're taking proviron because you're worried about you libido, which i am amazed that 500mg/wk of enan can't correct, then you're gonna be surprised to know that your virtually none existent estrogen has killed your sex drive.
i'm curious to know how you have learned you're prone to gyno when we are presented with this fact:
proviron possesses anit-estrogen properties. although it is not a suitable substitute for an AI, it should be considered when dosing your AI. letro is entirely too strong even at the recommended dosage. your dose is up there.. if you're prone to gyno, that letro is gonna wind up giving you gyno when you stop using it. pull that letro out and set it to the side for emergencies. replace it with this:
aromasin: 12.5 eod and run it thru pct (cut the dose in half week 3 of pct)

Ive got some puberty gyno and was sent by a hematologist to have mammogram and ultrasound done just a few weeks back because of the lumps so ...yeah im pretty sure im gyno prone. As for the letro i understand its harsh but would eod or e3d not be an option? Running letro all the way to pct should prevent anything from flaring up i think due to the nolva and clomid. I might be playing with the letro dosage a bit because of all the conflicting info i am finding online but im thinking i might start e3d at .125 and take it from there. Thx for the input
Anonletro is just too strong of an AI. also, bc of the type of AI it is, it can actually cause estrogen rebound once it's discontinued. letro is the AI that is used when it's like: "oh shit! i have gyno! it's good to have on hand, but you don't want to use it at this stage, brother. trust me on that aromasin. if you need help finding it, shoot one of us a PM. go read that link i gave you. that's a good piece to familiarize yourself with.
