Planning First Inject Cycle

I just finished an oral only cycle with good results. Ran
4 weeks of Dbol 30mg ed
3 weeks of Winny 50mg ed
PCT Nolva and clomid at 20mg and 50mg ed for 4 weeks
Went from 195lbs to 225lbs and lost 10lbs during pct
Ordered myself 30ml of Test E 1ml equals 250mg , Proviron, Some Letro , Nolva and Clomid I'll wait 3 months and then
I plan in doing 500mg fest-e a week alongside the Proviron for 12-15 weeks
And PCT like before
My stats are
Im 25
215 Lbs
around 11% BF
I lift 5 times a week
and My diet is in check. Im always pretty stickt and dont see a point in "cheat days"
Now to my question
Should I use the letro throughout the cycle at like 0.25mg ed or should i wait until im having problems.
Should I inject twice a week or once.
I know im new to this and im trying to research as much as possible so im glad and thankful for any input.

Letro is the king of AI's. It is best used only when absolutely necessary.
Think of it this way, if you can put out a small fire with garden hose, or even a bottle of water, then it wouldn't make sense to call the fire department and have them bring a 40 foot fire truck and 750 gallons of water to put out the fire lol
Ok maybe thats an exaggeration, but Letro is an estrogen eliminator. Arimidex or aromasin is ideal to REDUCE but not ELIMINATE estrogen. Remember estrogen too hig his bad, but NO estrogen is worse!!
Just do 2shots of test250 per week for 12 weeks and you should be good to go! Start pct 20 days after last shot
What made u do an oral only cycle?
Save the proviron bro u dont need it.
First Cycle should look like this, cuz that oral cycle wasnt a REAL CYCLE IMO.
1-12 test E 500mg a week split dose (mon250&thur250)
Ai- adex or aromasin (start at week 3)
If adex go with .25mg E3D and bump it up if you have to.
If Aro go with 12.5 EOD and bump it up if you have to.
Have letro on hand just incase adex or Aro fails n u get lumps
PCT 15 days after last test E shot.
If you want For pct Try zewis,cdaddys,GS PCT! They said it was very effective! ;)
Week 1 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
You may consider running 6.25mg EOD on Weeks 1-4 if you feel 12.5mg is too strong.
Anon250 mg test e x 2 per week. Mon and Thurs. For 12 weeks.
either adex at 0.25mg e3d or aromasin at 12.5mg eod. Start either of these at week 3
pct is standard clomid/ nolva 100/40, 100/40, 50/20, 50/20.
Research HCG to see if you fancy it and letro is too harsh to run through cycle.
leave 11 weeks from last day of your last pct, follow this and you will have a nice 1st cycle. Good luck buddy.

If you had to choose, go with Aromasin it has no rebound.
letro is very strong and it will make you feel sick. Also it has a rebound effect on your estro so when you come off your estro comes back worse than ever. For cycle aromasin or adex
