Test-E (First Cycle)

ad

Age: 27
Weight 174lbs
BF %: 12%

Been working out for 9.5 years solidly. Focus used to be on strength-endurance, but am wanting to add some more muscle on to continue on my path. I am a Certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition, so diet is squared away.

Week 1-10: Test-E (250mg on Monday & 250mg on Thursday)
Week 1-5: Arimidex (.5mg ED)
Week 6-10: Arimidex (0.25mg ED)

PCT:
Week 1-2: Nolvadex 40mg ED
Week 3-4: Nolvadex 20mg ED, DHEA 150mg ED
Week 4-6: DHEA 150mg ED

I've been struggling between two ideas. First idea is only doing 375mg of Test-E a week, instead of 500mg. My reasoning is to limit the impact on my system, since I'm just wanting the testosterone to assist in my progress and not to dominate it. The second idea is adding in HCG into my cycle starting around week 4 and discontinuing its use by week 10. If I do HCG it'll be a small dose such as 250mg E4D.

I love some feedback on my planned cycle. I won't be starting it for a little while, as I want to have as much research in place as possible prior to starting.

seems basic enough and squared away, highly doubtful you'll need arimidex on a test cycle.. Save it! unless you really notice signs of gyno (which i doubt you will) you'll be wasting a lot of money if you run it with every cycle not knowing if you actually need it. And as for dosage you should be fine with a dosage smaller than 500mg a week, being 174 and have doing your first cycle.. You can run 500mg the first week to boost off your cycle than drop it down to 350.

The feedback is most welcome! Its good to hear from someone doing the same thing as myself for perspective.

I appreciate the advice and input. I'll look into that recommendation for my next cycle!
