I appreciate the answers guys!!
It's a pretty bad injury not sure to what extent but my dr said it looked like a bomb went off in my arm!!!
I've thought about gh for recovery but I've never ran it
I've kind of put on a gut from not lifting and need to lose it fast before summer
Any recommendations if GH?? Maybe a stack with it?
I'm 23 and I've ran just about all gear but no gh
Thanks again guys
Yeah, just focus on rehab and don't think cycle for quite a while. Had labrum repaired 7 years ago and at same time a sub-acromial decompression where they basically scrape the arthritis from the acromium and resurface the joint. Rehab was slow going but its still pretty good from 7 years ago. No friction at all in there. But I cannot go very heavy anymore on bench or shoulder movements. Probably better off at my age anyway. Good luck bro.
Ive had three shoulder surgeries myself. Labrum the last time, rotator cuff the previous two times. You're gonna have to stay away from any heavy lifting involving your upper body for a while. How extensive was the labrum repair? Mine was a significant tear and they removed the bursa sac at the same time. I hurt for a while to be honest. Use your oil fund to buy some good quality gh. That will help aid in your recovery as well as help you keep gains you may have already. Also I have started researching the use of tb 500 for tissue repair. You should look into that as well. Stem and ice, resistance bands, and cardio that does not involve much stress on your upper body is pretty much where you're at for a while.
^^^^ this. I have a small tear in my labrum and I spoke at length with my sport doc. His best advice was to get on GH to assit with recovery, somewhere between 1-2ius ed. Spend your cycle cash on gh!
age? stats? previous cycles?
