Off cycle diet

ad

So I'm at the end of week 10 of a 12 week test e cycle. Kick started with dbol. I've gained 16 lbs so far so I doubt I'll gain anymore in the following 2 weeks. My pct is as the standard clomid / nolva at appropriate dosages. Only thing I need to know is how much weight should I expect to lose in the next month when I'm off cycle? Curious if I will lose only water because I'm only holding some extra weight in my midsection. And should I keep my 4500-5000 caloric intake the same? Just looking for some tips to get the most out of my cycle and money.

Ur 21?? Bro this site strictly says no advice for members under 25!! U could of made gains without the juice and actually kept them smh At ur age all I needed was food and supplements and I was growing with just that.

I eat the same off cycle as I do on cycle.... If I see I'm getting a little fluffy I adjust my carbs and replace with protein. I've kept my weight stable as well as body composition by doing this .. a lot of people make the mistake of not eating as much not considering that the muscle mass they put on requires calories and that they are depriving themselves of those calories when they change their diet.

You can gain atleast 5 more pounds in 2 weeks bro just eat and train extra hard now. I think you could of ate more or trained harder cause 16lbs for 10 weeks is not much honestly/most of it is water weight. I would find out how many calories you need to maintain and just go about 500-800 over that and eat as clean as possible so you don't gain any unwanted fat during pct. Keep the protien to 1.5-2grams/per 1lb of mass and you should lose around 5-10lbs of water and a bit of mass depending on how good you keep up with your diet. Good luck mate.

Definitely keep calories equal to what you finish the cycle with. Some weight will come off, depends on how clean your diet has been. Its really hard to say how much of that is water and glycogen and how much is muscle. Expect to either keep most muscle and gain some fat or lose muscle, I prefer to keep kcal high and accept any fat gain and take care of that once natty levels have been restored. When I cycled (now trt) I would wait 8 weeks before I started lowering calories at all and a full 3 months until I dropped them to maintenance or lower.
