if u wanna run something during your cycle i suggest adex.. i've also heard proviron is awesome, although i haven't tried it myself
If you have gyno concerns keep arimidex (anastrazole) on hand but you dont need to start using it untill you actually see some signs of gyno like puffy or itchy nipples. Dont start taking the adex before you need to because it could hinder gains to a degree and you definitely dont want to use nolva untill you start pct. If you use nolva during cycle you wont be as responsive to it when you start pct plus there really just isnt a good reason to use nolva on cycle.

I just started a cycle Sunday and will start using hcg week 2 (tomorrow). You get different answers as to when to start. Ive heard and read everything from day 3 to week 4, i chose week 2 arbitrarily with my reason being "the sooner the better". It may be a good idea to start a new thread asking when to start hcg and why so you can get input from some more experienced guys.
Here is a good place for hcg info, they suggest starting at day 3 but others say different.

MultipurposeI think most people use 500iu a week split in two doses, same day as test. I don't use it though, my balls are tiny :( lol.
