Last Cycle ever!! Test Prop/Test Cyp...

ad

Hello Eroids!! I am a lurker and don't post much, but when I do I like to make it count!

35 year old high level rugby player here. 6'1 225, good strength, good speed, kind of one of the tough guys out there, and have been a pretty good rugby player my whole career. I have played in most of the states in the US at this point, have played on various All-Star teams, have had tryouts for our National team, have played rugby overseas, and have made many many lifelong friends from around the world. This will be my last season playing Men's D1 rugby, and it is certainly bittersweet, but I am happy that I can recognize that it is 'my time' now and that I will hopefully end my career in relatively good health.

I do not have much of any legit AAS cycles in me save a few here and there in the recent past, but did do a good amount in college. I had a bad experience with Fina, and frankly was just pretty irresponsible in how I used these strong drugs (in college that is). The few times I have responsibly used test only since then it has been great other than the obvious downer of coming off. I do have healthy natural test levels and feel fine off, so I am certainly happy about that. As far as the title of last cycle ever, honestly I don't think I will have the same urge to be BIGGER STRONGER FASTER ETC ETC once I am done playing. Also, and this is a big also, I won't be running so much so it will be ALOT easier to keep decent size on.

So anyway...was just looking at advise on cycle and definitely the softest PCT. I will be getting 2 bottles of Test Cyp (I am assuming 2500mg/10ml bottles) and 1 bottle of Test Prop (100mg/ml 10ml bottle). My plan was to run the Cyp and Prop together until the Prop runs out and then finish out the Cyp by itself. I have done a decent amount of test in my life, but never Prop, FYI. My goals are to increase Lean Body Mass around 8-10 solid pounds with hopefully some small increases in speed, and noticeable conditioning/cardio increases as well.

I know the Prop is EOD or E3D, so obviously that will go fairly quick. I can't decide to do the Cyp @ 12 weeks or 16 weeks. With my season I would greatly prefer 16 weeks, but if ya'll say that is a bit too long than I will stay with 12 weeks. Also, I guess part of the same question, which will be easier/quicker to recover from? The longer cycle but with less test/week, or the shorter cycle but doing a bit more test, or will it be no difference?

As for PCT, I have aromasin, proviron, clomid and nolva on hand. I realize I may not need all of that, but some of it was given to me so I do have just in case. I am also going to get HGH for PCT. My question is how much and of what as far as the PCT drugs, and are there any other supplements that are 'must haves' either on cycle or PCT that actually help. I am pretty knowledgeable about supps and natural remedies, and have a very good diet, but was just wondering what the current recommended supps are these days from people like yourselves.

So I am accepting cycle recommendations from the info presented above! Mind you, I have not started anything and just trying to make a great plan. Would love to see a week by week chart on this from some of you knowledgeable guys.

Cheers

Hi sir, sounds like you can still do a little research on PCT before you start (I'd recommend searching for proper PCT in our sites search box)
Some quick answers

Which is easier to recover from 12 weeks at say 500mg/week or 16 at say 400mg/week (as that's roughly what you'd have) it depends person to person but 16 weeks is rough compared to 12 imho the 12 is going to likely be easier to recover from as once you're shut down you're shut down
Are their other things to add to a PCT? Sure again do a little research on PCT

Last do us a favor if you want to see this in a chart like you said... then do it! Set up a cycle log! It's also a lot easier for people to help you that way, I'd personally set it up as a 12week cycle and use the standard PCT protocol then members can advise you from there
