SARM questions for athletes...
35 year old rugby player here. Play Men's D1 at the top level in the US, and our team lost in the National Championship last season. This will be my last year playing at this level.
Anyway, interested in trying SARMS out. I have a good source, but would like feedback as to what an athlete like myself should take for added strength and endurance. I know that GW-50156 would be great for endurance. What about for some decent strength gains with minimal sides? Something that can be hard on the joints is not an option while playing rugby, either (obviously).
Thanks in advance for advise. Always good stuff on this board!
Cheers
Edit: I am thinking GW-50, and then either MK-2866 and/or MK-677. Pros/Cons of those? I have actually read that MK-2866 is not suppressive at all and can actually have positive effects on joints.

Here you go mate, I came across this and thought it would help you:
One of the outstanding facets of Ostarine (MK-2866) is that it doesn’t just build muscle, it increases tendon strength, improves the health of the ligaments, increases bone density and increases the rate at which collagen is turned over. To achieve this, a dose of 12mg ed is adequate. In addition, this dose promotes improvement in joint movement that can be seen after just 6-8 days. This dose is very effective for treating injuries like shin splints, and can be used post operation to help maintain muscle and speed up the recovery of the limb, (Bone/Tendon) that has been operated on.
Cheers bro
Would be a good combo. Check out groups and you'll see a Sarms group that may be helpful.
What is the consensus on whether it is suppressive or not? Also, you mentioned in your log that it potentially drove your estradiol way down to the point it hurt your joints. Looking back was this definitely what caused this?
