+ 4 Been a while for me...

ad

Hello all! This could probably be posted in the intro section, but it does regard a steroid cycle so I figured I'd get the most responses here. I love the site, have been a member for a while now, but do not post much.

A little background on myself:

32 yrs old, 6'1 215-218#, rugby player....best lift is probably deadlift - max at 450+. I have had some injuries, most notably my left ankle that basically stayed swollen for a long time. It something I constantly have to work on/rehab, but it is light years better and actually functions close to 100% (it is just annoying as fuck!). The most I have squatted is 315# for sets of 6, but that has been a while. Squat is maxed out at a decent 350# right now I'd say. Bench I've always been pretty average at - 225@ 6-8 reps usually, most I have ever done is 315. As an athlete I do olympic lifts regularly and am decent at them (clean 225, have started snatching some lately too - wow those suck!).

Anyway, I have not done AAS since college (roughly 8-9 years). It's funny because I cannot even remember WTF I was thinking back then. What I remember was test, sustanon, equipose, d-bol, and winstrol. I did not do them 'properly', and if I were being honest I'd say I was addicted. Many times I did not have PCT in order, and I would scramble to get it late in the cycle if I even got it at all, and generally I feel like I was always just looking ahead to the next cycle. Basically, the story ended the only way it could have - I found some 'homemade' fina from a guy at school that completely fucked me up for a good while. It COMPLETELY shut me down, and that combined with the 2-3 years of doing AAS the wrong way, well I was not 'ME' for literally a few years.

Since then: I have continued to train hard, usually being known as one of the hardest and best shape guys on my nationally ranked rugby club. I have really become interested in the science behind training and nutrition, and love to study both. My diet is on point consisting of lean meats, nuts, veggies, fruits, etc. I went gluten and dairy free about a year ago and love how I feel (partially due to my ankle - I know sounds crazy - but it helped with inflammation).

The only anabolic I have dabbled in is generic HGH. I have kept the doses low, and really do not notice much benefit from it. (not on it currently). I realize that with the generics you need pretty high doses, but the possible side affects combined with joint swelling, etc make it something that I am not that interested in. Plus, considering the amount needed to do anything, it is expensive as shit! I have also done IGF-1 LR3 a couple times with minimal results (though I do think it is a decent product and would consider again).

One thing I will say - since I stopped using AAS in college, any exogenous test booster seems to not affect me the same way it used to. I realize that most all of these test boosters are crap, but I seem to feel better using something like Stinging Nettle v any of the natural test boosters out there. Also, a friend of mine gave me about 1/2 a bottle of test e a while ago, and I took a small amount a few times just to see how it made me feel. I immediately felt stronger in the gym (talking about roughly 200mg), but my libido and how my dick hung was NOT like it used to be. Does that make sense to ya'll? I'm assuming that anytime my body senses exogenous test now it immediately combats with increasing estrogen, among other hormones....

So...I guess long story short. I have thought about doing a very low amount of test cyp lately. A friend of mine went to see an HRT and is raving about how he feels (of course I know EXACTLY how it feels). I want to gain about 5-8 pounds of muscle. Honestly, it is a few of these injuries that motivate me doing this. The past few years I have been rehabbing more than hard training. It is not fair. A few months of test will do so much good for my body!

I can get my hands on high quality test cyp right now:
Was thinking roughly 125mg per week for 20 weeks
Have adex on board. Def have proviron on board as I think that may do wonders for me. The PCT I will put up for discussion. I realize this is an awefully small amount, but I have no doubt it will do wonders for me so going up in the mg is something I am not even considering. Playing rugby I cannot have too much strain on my joints and ligaments. That low amount of test should do good things for my joints/tendons/ligaments, actually. I really want the test to be something I enjoy or I am not going to do it.

I have not done a full blood work profile in a while, but nothing has ever been really out of whack that I am aware of.

Thoughts? I really appreciate any insight. I am not set on this just something I am considering. Really need some clear thinking so I can go ahead with this or go a different route.

Cheers boys!

Had a thought to add EQ to my cycle. What do y'all think ? Dosage?

Also ...var? Don't know much about it. Could I run var and EQ together? Was definitely intrigued by the fact that normal dosages DO NOT shut your natural test down. How does var make you feel? Libido on var and EQ? Thoughts?

Just wanted to update that I have plenty of aromasin, proviron, nolva, clomid, and even some hcg on the way to go along with the test cyp. Thanks again for the help guys!

This is how a post for cycle info should be presented.. +3 from me brotha Smile

Nothing more i could add here,, ZEWI as you on the money with his advice, you wont get much better on this thread for sure.

That is my ONLY concern: mood, libido, how my junk feels, etc. I have ZERO concern with the good that a small amount of test will do for my body...

Viking - did what I said about how test seemingly makes me feel differently than before make any sense? Is it probably simply the rollercoaster that a sporadic injection can cause along with no AI's or Proviron? ZEWI certainly addressed this....just wanted to see if it made sense to others.

Didn't even see your reply Viking! Thanks!

Thanks! I wanted to take the time to really explain my background.

So...the thought here is that more (much more than what I was going to do) for a shorter amount of time is better? Less strain on the HPTA?

What about what I said about how I sort of feel like exogenous test makes me feel a little different than it used to? Is that probably just a result of the increase in test? Could proviron potentially REALLY help with this? Any problem with aromisin at that small dose as far as joints/ligaments are concerned?

The one thing with doing that amount of test is it will make me big, fast. That can throw off your proprioception which is not good for any sports, especially rugby. Thoughts. Maybe I just do 250mg for 12 weeks?

I really appreciate your replies, and the simplicity of what you say, too.

I realize that a cycle like what I am talking about is childs play for most of you. I am just weary because of past mistakes. I have ZERO doubt that I will do it the right way this time, just want to make sure I am doing it correctly!

I guess my only other question would be what I was saying about how exogenous test makes me feel when I take it now. (with regards to libido, etc). It may be in my head, but anytime I have dabbled in test since college I feel like it does not seem to have the same affect as it used to - clearly hightened libido, dick hanging to knee caps:), etc. Without looking at a blood panel, is that likely just because of a rapid increase in estrogen? Of course the Aromisin and Proviron will completely remedy this...at least that is what I am hoping. I must admit, I have not done the test 'properly' before and I am hoping that will make all the difference. This may be in my head too!!!:)

Btw, I did get a full blood panel done at 24/25 yrs old after I quit using AAS. Nothing in the panel alarmed the doctor, though he gave me NOTHING to help me out!!

Thanks again...feeling better about this already!

So more frequent shots keeps your blood levels closer to baseline levels v peaks and valleys of less frequent shots? I thought that test stayed in your blood for a long time so frequent shots were not needed??

ccrtx77's picture

Yea makes total sense. Seriously, thanks for the help.

Proviron....25mg ED? Any sides to worry about?

ccrtx77's picture

I can handle that:)

Hope the wife can too ha ha
