Is that you in the pic? You don't look 20% BF. Get some BF calipers, if you don't have them already. Also, blood work is important because it helps you manage your cycle better. Without blood work you are only guessing.....

No oxandrolone. Like most of the responses down below say, diet and cardio are key to the cut you want.

Adjust your macros by increasing your protein and reducing your carbohydrate intake. Start HIIT for cardio three times per week. Run some Test only, for now, with the dosage Muta suggested.

Have you calculated your BMR plus activity? And, are you working off that number for calorie consumption?

I have some info and links that came off of EROIDS that will be beneficial. I will get it to you ASAP.

ppl may scoff at this, if cardio is something I do for weight control or cutting. than i do it early in the morning and before I eat. the reason is, your body is than forced to go to its fat stores for energy, its very effective at cutting out fat and leaning to do it this way. there are few diets that actually utilize this cardio melting method. its not for everyone . but when i want to cut, i get up drink about 16+oz of water 20 minutes prior to cardio, eat nothing and take nothing and do hard cardio for at least 30 minutes. than as soon as i get home i eat a good breakfast. i dont over eat, i dont want to replace what ive just burned, than about two hours later i have a really good meal. and than i eat normally based on my diet for the remainder of the day. eating very clean, the right proteins, fats and carbs is the also the biggest part of dropping unwanted body fat. like i said its not for everyone and some may disagree, but it does work for me.
