Injury question!! Help ASAP
Guys,
I posted a while back about wanting to start a cycle after not doing one in literally a decade. You can find it here:
http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/been-a-while-for-me...
I aborted the cycle, but have come to find out that the only thing missing was an anti-aromataze (aromasin in my case). Long story short, I got my ankle rolled over 3 weeks ago, and decided to start AAS again, and mainly for the healing effects that they possess. I had sold the Test C and EQ that I previously had, but I have an easy hook up here (a national powerlifter) that can get excellent stuff basically anytime I want. I am a Men's D1 Rugby player (highest level in the US), and have also had many problems with this left ankle. It is not healing like I'd hoped, so late last week I gave him a call. I already have plenty of Aromasin, Proviron (if needed), Clomid, and Nolva. I called him up and got Pharma grade Test E (250) and EQ (200) from him. I pinned right away on Friday 1cc of each, doing it right away partially to see how quickly the anti inflammatory properties of the EQ would work on my ankle.
Question: Dosing? I have read a little about dosing test too high could inflame/weaken tendons, joints, soft tissue, etc. Is that bullshit? I was thinking running the Test E @ 250mg/week for 10 weeks, and the EQ 300mgs for 6 (that would be 1 bottle of each). I can get more of each, though, as I realize that most of you say to dose heavier than what I am saying here. I also know that EQ is recommended to be run for longer than 6 weeks, but remember, I am MOST concerned with healing my body. The side effects that AAS will give me will be most welcomed, but my ankle getting better is the MOST IMPORTANT.
Question #2: I have taken the aromasin @12.5 mgs per day since Friday, and I feel great. I can tell now 100% that this is what was missing last time. My question is, though, that because one of the main sides of aromasin is joint pain, should I only take as needed? Will it affect in any way my ankle recovery?
Next Round of the playoffs is in 2 weeks, and if we win both days the Finals are in a month. I am not going to have YEARS of hard work thrown down the drain for a fucking ankle!! Any input is appreciated! Oh, and I also have HGH but thinking about holding off on that until after this cycle. I'm pretty sure I will actually lead to more swelling in my joints, rather than less.
Cheers,
CCR

No ai today...ankle feels better already and less swollen no kidding!
waltrgood to hear ;D
Are ya'll good with EQ, Lowish dose of Test E, and GH for what I am trying to accomplish?
Thanks for the info guys. Seriously, always good info and much appreciated from here..
I started the ai right away because last time I felt like I had sides right away (like I aromatize quickly or substantially). It was probably just my blood levels getting used to what was going on (the addition of test and eq). I was trying to mitigate these sides from the get go, and while I do feel great, I wonder if I should just lay off any ai for a few weeks unless it is totally necessary. Again, ankle improvement is most important, and to be honest, it kind if hurts in the joint right now (took 12.5 aromasin this morning).
I would be all over the gh if I were you. If your worried about it swelling the joints then just shoot 1iu per morning and up the dose later.
Ok...good advise. Wasn't sure what to think about the gh.
Hopefully the EQ + GH will do wonders.
Buildbigger86Maybe run low dosage's of NPP for joint support
I'd like to point out that I am doing all of the necessary rehab on my ankle, too. Sadly, I have become a pro at this shit by necessity: tight compression, hydrotherapy, soft tissue work, balancing exercises, strength, etc. I'm sick of it!!!
waltrjoint pain can be a side effect of low estrogen, you might want to try lowering the aromasin dosage and seeing if it clears it up.
Buildbigger86TRUE, Waltr good point. He may be suffering from low t levels naturally as is.
I'm pretty sure I do not have low T levels, but I have not checked in a while.
This was an acute injury to my left ankle that happened years ago. The weird thing was that the swelling never really went away. I had arthorscopic surgery in Dec of 2007, but again, same thing, it healed stronger but the swelling never really went away (of course some scar tissue present now). I later sprained it during a season (2011), got back on it too quickly, and developed nerve entrapment/tendonosis that disallowed me to even run. Soft tissue rehab group called AIRROSTI got me back by literally working the entrapped area until blood could start flowing down there again. I don't believe that T or E have anything to do with why this ankle has not healed properly over time...
agree thats a pretty high dose of aro off the get go, when you shut down estro you stop your bodies ability to maintain water and lubricate its joints, and such, having low estro or no estro is bad and very painful, when mine gets low i feel it in my wrists, elbows and ankles the most. cut back to 6.25 mg aro a day, if you get any estro sides than up it accordingly,
Buildbigger86yeah usually start mine after second week in. Just to see sides from compounds etc...
waltri get it in my left wrist and my right knee -_-
the wrist is more painful than the knee but both suck
