I am on my 1st cycle I have some questions Please help 500mg Test E a week Prop kicker

So I am going on week 2 of my cycle which consists of the following
1-12 Test e 500mg 2x shots a week
1-4 Test prop 50mg EOD
Formeron 3 pumps a day "AI"
Basically I was using this as a recomping/cut cycle
Stats: age-23
bf%-about 19-20%
height-6'0
weight-213 at start now 220
I know my bf is probably higher then would be recommended. So basically I have been lifting for about 2 hours a day and doing 40 minutes of post workout cardio and I have gone up 7lbs in about 6 days! Iam bloating I can see it in my face. There is like no way I should be gaining weight right? Should I start adex at .5 EOD? I just really dont like this bloat I am so self concious I used to weigh 300lbs and got down to 193 then up to 210 before I started this cycle. ANY ADVICE would be great....I am almost thinking about just scrapping the cycle for now and just cutting cutting cutting. What do you guys think? BTW my diet has been low carb high protein moderate to high fats.

lift_heavy20should I abort cycle? I feel that maybe my BF is too high right now and that is probably why I am bloating and aromatizing. Or should I just lower dose to like 300mg a week? I am basically cutting anyway.
If I did stop what would my pct need to look like after 3 test enth injections at 250mg and 4 test prop injections at 50mg each? I have clomid,a little bit of nolva, and adex...or would it even be necessary?
AnonIf your face is bloated or your nipples are getting bigger than deff start in on some arimidex if youve got it. I'd say even 1 mg a day for the first couple of days and you'll get a good idea how your body reacts.
As far as weight gain, well some people go up in weight from new muscle growth.
With that kind of weight history though I hope you know how your blood pressure is.
Thwe nuts you eat, do you mean like planters ? Or like raw nuts ? If you are talking about a can of plantars then yeah its a treat for your tongue, but all that salt is bad for your body. Cut back on the cheese too. You can do low carbs without having to go high salt.

eating eggs,cheese,nuts,greens,full fat condiments,red meat,chicken,steak etc with 1 carb up day a week. about 2200-2300 calories a day. My intensity is high for 2 hours, and yes 250 per shot 2x a week monday and thursday.
How many calories a day are you consuming? And what exactly is your diet? Everything stems from your diet. What is the intensity of your workouts over the course of two hrs. 10 Calories a minute for instance. You need to burn off about 3000 calories to lose 1 lb of fat. You are taking 250 per shot twice a week right?

.25 eod. I hope whoever wrote that c cle for you lectured the warnings to you. Gallon water a day. No salt. Monitor bp. Low fat clean foods!!
