Got my BLOODWORK in today!!! help me out a bit guys
ad
So I did a cycle of test e 500mg for 12 weeks about a year ago. I just got off a cycle of epistane about a month ago. Anyway heres my results
Estradiol, Serum -33
LH (mIU/mL) -6.00
Testosterone, Total-739 ng/dL range is 240-871
Everything else is great liver, cholesterol, everything. Anyway is there a way I can get my estrogen down? I would like to cut that in half, I am an endomorph and gain fat so easily and I am guessing my high estrogen is why. thank you

looks perfect what's the problem?
whats the estro range?
your test is on high end so i dont see an issue with estro being on high end.
BF is high, drop it estro could drop?
lift_heavy20Age-24
height-6'1
weight-225lbs
BF: dont know but probably like 19-20%
yes I took clomid and nolva 50/50/50/50 and 20/20/20/20 probably over kill but oh well.
Also how long after PCT did you get this bloodwork done?
lift_heavy20think its been a month. I would have sooner but no money. also my estro is in the normal range just kinda on the higher end I would like it at 15-20
I just made the same mistake if you look at my latest blood work, knowing these numbers are good but...one needs to wait 6-8 wks so one knows that's the levels are stable and correct, yours may be...and they may not...test and estrogen still may need to level out, test again in 4 weeks to know for sure
You are treating estro like it is a bad thing and cause of the problem.

Again I feel you are looking for an easy fix. Good diet, ~8 hours of sleep a night and proper exercise dosed daily for 1-50 years would be a good stack.
Look into diet to lower estro. There are a lot of foods that help balance hormones. Things like oats and flax seeds. Stay away from junk food or processed food. If you are looking for an easy button/pill to magically make the fat fall off there isn't one, its all diet and hard work. At 24 you are still young to be adding a bunch of compounds to your body. Would also say just stay away from PH's as well, too much risk for such minimal benefit.
IF you really think that its genetics make it impossible for you to lose fat, then you need to see a doctor and get a thorough examination by a professional. Because just guessing what the problem is and popping pills is the wrong thing to do.
