Good creatine for post cycle period?
ad
Does anybody have some tried and true creatines they use for after cycle and pct?
Is there anything wrong with using creatine during pct?
I know creatine mono is pretty well proven but I'm wondering about any others and even what companies make quality products
Thanks everyone

Its still surprising just how effective basic creatine mono is when you are so use to taking it daily - stop using it for just a few days and you realise just how much water weight it provides and how useful it is in workouts.
I have naked creatine too I like their products.
Awesome thanks guys that's all I need to know. I'll look more into adding it into my diet naturally over supplementing. I'm in Texas and have plenty of free range meat sources I go through too
Hello Sir,
As @helloBrooklyn mentioned below, more red meet you have in your diet less effective Creatine supplement is going to be for you. Also if you are a regular weights lifter with few years serious experience, you more likely will not feel a lot. However Creatine is scientifically proven supplement that actually works and potentially could be very effective, especially for non enhanced athletes. Out of all food supplements nowadays Creatine and Omega oils are the only ones I would suggest to include in a diet, the rest is pure marketing and business.
You would need to cycle it though as you probably already know.
Regards
What are some of the best omega brands out there?
You talking omegas 3’s? Carlson’s and Dr Tobias are both well portioned in concentrations, ratios, and price.
Stick with mono like stair said.
If you eat red meat at least a couple times a week, creatine supplementation won’t do much of anything because you’re already saturated with creatine from your diet. Red meat is the very best source of creatine there is. I’ve noticed a lot of the American youtube personalities who speak against creatine being effective despite the scientific evidence in the contrary almost always have a southern twang. Shit, of course people with unlimited access to free range cattle aren’t gonna need creatine supplementation lol
However, if you don’t eat red meat regularly or if you’re vegetarian like me, supplementing it can help. I use Naked Creatine. A little bit pricier than most but I trust the company.
crea mono is all u need but buy pharma quality, imo all special products or other forms of creatine are wasted money.
