First time cycle

Hi looking for advise on first time cycle
Age 36
Weight 12 stone 6 pounds
Height 6 feet
Training for 14mths
Body fat around 12-13
Im currently on 50mg winstrol oral 30mg anavar daily
I'm going to start one rip 200 twice weekly for 10-12 weeks with the winny and anavar?
I'm looking for the shredded look not bulking look
Any advice
I train 4-5 days a week lots of core work reps are 4 reps of 6 as heavy as I can lift

Good lord, thank god for Juice's replies. No disrespect to you UKS but you've not done nearly enough research on steroids to be using them, you are doing yourself serious damage and you need to listen to the advice below immediately. Firstly you'll get MUCH better results, secondly, you do it safely without permanent damage...its a no brainer.

hey bro, do yourself a favour and get yourself some nolva and clomid and liver care products, stop your current cycle and start post cycle therapy!! clomid- 100/50/50/50 nolva- 40/40/20/20/20, and start milk thistle and liv 52 everyday for a couple of months aswell!! good luck bro!!

Do you have any test in there? (You don't mean Riptropin right....)
I'm assuming your "Rip" is a tren. / mast. blend correct?
So that means No Go for you....sorry
Do you know what you should take to counter act the estrogen you'll be exposed to from your lovely new steroids?
Do you know what a PCT is?
Do you also realize that 4 reps. / 6 sets is in the maximal strength "zone" of reps.
You're looking for hypertrophy correct? So that's 8 - 12 reps. ok

Ok here's the deal....
You are going to HAVE TO drop the orals and forget the rip. blend brother
I'm going to ask you to get yourself some Test. E and some Test. P
(PM me for my favorite suppliers if you'd like)
You're going to shoot that Test. E at 500 mg a week (broken in to two injections) for 12 weeks....and if you'd like you can kickstart that Jammy jam with test p for 1 month at 100 mg every other day....
During your cycle you're going to run Aromasin or arimidex (I'd get yourself some Letro as well....it's like an atom bomb to your estrogen....to be used when necessary only....example: I've never used it....BUT I have it)
Your pct should start 2 weeks after the last pin of the above Cycle....your cycle you would have to start it 2 days after last pin (but don't do your asshole of a cycle)
Nolva
Clomid and Aromasin should be in your pct....

Man,u got it all wrong. First cycle should b test c or e only w AI and proper pct. Click arrow at top right. Then click search. Type n first test only cycle w pct. And start researching. Ur cycle should go sum thing like this.
Test e or c 1-12 500mgs a week...1cc Monday
1cc Thursday.
AI adex .5 everyday...starting week number 2. And take it weeks 2 thru 14
After week 12 wait 2 weeks start clomid 100mgs...w nolvedex at 20mgs everyday for two weeks. Then last two weeks of pct take clomid 50mgs w nolvedex 10mgs everyday for two weeks.
After this cycle of test and pct wait 16 weeks before u cycle again. Hope that helps.
