Cutting cycle Inject or not to inject

Hi guys looking for a good simple cutting cycle
here goes
Age 36
Weight 12/6st
Height 6ft
Bot fat 12-13 % I've got abs so me thing around 12, %
Been training about 14 mths now average 3-5 days per week
Tried winstrol & Anavar just taking them like one pack then stopping
I'm looking to keep my weight the same but get more ripped up like 10% b f
Do I inject not do it before I took winstrol 100mg a day& my nuts sbshrunk and we're sore for 4days do I go on test or just use clomid
Help me out guys cheers

The English was kind of crazy, I kind of had a hard time understanding it.I have no idea of your weight.... Here we go anyway.
I comprehended that you did a Winny only cycle at 100mg a day. If this is true then don't add another chemical to the mix, stop the Winny cycle and use CLOMID (100 mg first 2 weeks and 50mg for an additional 2 weeks)and NOLVADEX ( 40mg first 2 weeks and 20 mg an additional 2 weeks), you need both for a full recovery. Wait 4 months months, at least, before putting any more hormones in your body.
As for your next cycle, TESTOSTERONE IS ALWAYS IN THE CYCLE, IT IS THE BASE FOR ALL CYCLES. Try 500mg of Test a week for your next cycle, you will be presently surprised by the results, Test can be used as both a bulkier or cutter, just depends on your diet

Ok I think I got it, 176lbs at 6 ft???? You don't need steroids you need a big grocery list
Wtf is 12 stone 6? Test shut down!! you gonna have Test shut down every time you use steroids, not getting around that. But using Test during cycle will make you feel 1000 times bettet
