First real sides oh crap?
Last night was interesting, I had been resting on the couch and got up too fast to go to the kitchen and this crazy headrush hit me hard. I went and sat down again and felt really ill, I had to puke and tried to make it to the bathroom but passed out on the way and crashed into the bathtub.
My wife picked me up off the floor and I had puked everywhere and all over her, not very good. This morning I puked again not to long after I had my morning protein shake, I know that Test Flu is common for first cycle users and it's part of the game but holly shit! I wasn't expecting this side effect to hit me, I was all worried about gyno and acne but not passing out and choking on my own puke.
This has happend to me before I ever took any gear but not near as bad, the headrush was insane and I have never felt anything like that before. I am not a pussy and will work through the test flu, it's not really that bad as I can still eat fine just sort of weird. I have passed now a total of 3 times in my life, there was always a reason for it and then there is this time but honestly I got scared for a few minutes.
Thoughts anyone?

I'm no expert, but this doesn't sound at all like the regular sides everyone gets from their first cycle or test flu or anything related to that. I hate to be the bringer of bad news but have you considered you might have some kind of heart/circulatory condition?
This won't sound like me because I don't trust doctors and think the side effects of steroids are largely overstated (even between steroid users), but why don't you get an electro-cardiogram instead of or as well as that blood test everyone is recommending?
AnonYes I will get a full physical including an ecg, and I feel 1000% and like I could run right through an offensive linemen right now. The wife is walking a little funny today and I am ready to destroy the gym today.
I am one of those people that run's on the hot side, my energy levels without test are through the roof and now off the charts. The last two days I have been passive resting and I feel like crap after, when I get my heart and blood going like doing the wife after I feel like the million dollar man.
Exercise seems to feed the beast and keep me calm, anyone else notice that working out settles down the adrenaline?
I'm glad to hear that. Take care!
(And yeah, sports are my drug ad well. Sports and steroids!)
yes, most definitely on and off cycle.
Have entered the gym mad or anxious, and left more "level-headed".
Working out definitely releases relaxing, good, natural drugs into your system.
AnonI was thinking about dialing back the dosage to 500mg if the sides don't stop.
I wonder for people on their very first cycle, what sort of weird shit their bodies did to them when they first really noticed the test kick in. I have heard lot's of night sweats and such which is no big deal, the test flu thing I thought was weird but oh well it will pass.
56tooI'm 56 and also on my first ever cycle. Doing test e 400 (200 2x wk) and est prop 100 e2d til the e kicks in. I'm in my 3rd week and I also have had that fever feeling since day one, although it is getting better. I also caught a hell of a cold and I rarely get sick. The puking and other things u mention luckily bi-passed me. There are days when I feel tird as shit but I think its cuz of overtrainig. Many times I forget my age and go like a 20 yr old at the gym everyday and thats too much for me I think. Good luck to u bro. Hopefully like most everything, that too shall pass!
AnonTest E 600mg @ 300mg twice per week nothing else.
I have had my bloodwork done, just not the day before my first pin. In fact I have had my bloodwork done every year for 12 years it seems due to surgeries and various injuries etc. I was going to get my bloodwork done at 6 weeks and I am in at 4 weeks now.
My Dr's have always told me my blood numbers are always spot on, I don't know what they mean so I just trust my Dr's when it comes to that. I am curious to see what my Dr. says when I tell him I finally took the plunge, he knows I was looking into it and of course advised against it.
bloodwork is just a good investment. There is no bro science, just the AAS, and your body's reaction.
I get mine every year. I wish I had invested more in it in previous cycles, frankly.
I will at least get test mid cycle, and complete hormone and metabolic just after PCT. The knowledge is invaluable.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe it is just too much test for your body. Everyone is different. Some people can't take 250mg test a week. Hey, you have to listen to your body first, right? Your mind can only control so much, and puking and fainting isn't mental, it's physical.
There are common side effects, and then there are less common ones. Which ones will you face? Only experience can tell.
With Test only, the advice is probably just to dial down the dosage until the sides subside.
In any case, best of luck.
Can you tell us more about your cycle? Just Test? Anything else involved? How long in?
Hope this is isolated.
Not to beat to hard on this, but pre-cycle blood work is a goldmine. You have to know you are all clear bf cycle. It costs under $200 for complete work up. Some insurances 100% cover it once a year, too.
Good luck.
AnonOn the scale of crazy shit this sort of thing ranks pretty low on the things that worry me, I would call myself a little crazy, people that know me call me really crazy. I will meet with my dr. as I planned to anyway next week for blood work, my blood pressure has always been on the lower side of life.
One thing I don't want to do is run scared from a small hiccup on an otherwise stellar cycle, I read lot's of people here who have a small issue and they quit the gear way short.
I am a fighter and will work through this, I am certain the issues are just a more intense head rush situation due to the fact I am at the magical week 4 on a test e cycle.
BP bro get it checked, any headaches or breathing problems? Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids, any signs of fever? Take a pen and paper and document what you were doing and how things happened, and when you go to your pcp that will give them a good place to start.
AnonFurther note to add, I feel fine other than that little issue and I sort of caused it myself. I had been laying down resting for almost the entire day, it wasn't until I got up later in the evening that this crash occured. I am not really that concerned as it's not uncommon for people to faint from standing up too quickly, and the puking is not abnormal either. This is not something that happens regularly, and I will be watching for any further issues. Also test sweats not much fun either, I feel like I am running on overdrive.
And yes I have had my bloodwork done before I started my cycle, a few months before but DOC said I was healthy as I could be.
AnonGuess just chalk it up as a freak occurrence that only happened because of all the right variables. I can understand getting faint from standing up too quickly, Ive had a few instances where I damn near passed out and when things came back around the next thing I know, Im down on a knee. And I guess if the reason you got up quickly was because you felt nauseous, then puking was gonna happen either way and isnt related to the fainting from standing up too fast. I would just be extra attentive to things for awhile lol
AnonThat is exactly what I am going to chalk it as, and yes I did get up because I was going to puke which was caused by the head rush in first place. All leading to me on the floor in my own puke, has happend before.
And if anyone here has ever done any hardcore drugs before then you would think this was normal, like I said I have done way crazier shit in past lives. Now I get my drug fix from Extreme Sports.
I mostly wanted to post this issue I had so I could get some feedback on if anyone else has ever had this sort of thing happen from gear?
AnonThats pretty crazy bro, how's yer BP? Have you seen your doc and gotten a physical just to check things out lately? I tell my doc everything, just to have everything on the table when it comes to health, she is cool with things and gives me advice on what she has knowledge on when it comes to AAS, albeit it's very limited. Sides like that would worry the shit outta me, that doesnt sound like the average test flu.
Get your blood work done! Sounds like there is something wrong besides the gear!
I would have seen a doc before posting in a forum!!
