First Injection

Hi, so I just did my first injection, literally 5 min ago -
I wiped the area
drew test into syringe
changed needles
removed air bubbles
pushed into glute
Aspirated - pulled back on plunger and a couple of air bubbles appeared - no blood
went ahead and squeezed plunger
pulled out
when i pulled out a tiny bit of blood went up into the needle...is this ok??? shitting myself!

Anonlol.. goth bled like a stuck pig today.. I had to yell at him for getting blood everywhere.
Ah brings back memories. lol. I was terrified of needles. We had to get vaccinated when I was in the Marine Corps and it hurt like hell. Took me a while to get over that fear but I did. What helped me was pulling back on the skin to make it taut and the needle goes in a lot smoother. First time I did it was the Organon deca preloads with the 18g. Holy crap that hurt. I was young and dumb.
seems like a stupid question but just a passing thought, as long as I am injecting everything into me then it is going in my system right? I mean...I am using 1.5 inch needles and putting all the way in at what looks like a 90 degree angle so as long as I am doing this then its definitly getting in to the muscle? feel stupid for asking
TxBigBoyWith that long of a needle I'm pretty sure ur in the muscle, but if not ur still fine it will just take alittle longer to disperse in fat.
2nd injection today, no blood at all! still so nervous though my hand was shaking like a bitch, makes it much easier, hand moving the needle around like a jack hammer in my glute!
Thanks everyone, few days later and I am still here lol. Actually looking forward to my next injection on Tuesday, know what to expect this time, gave me a sore Glute for a couple of days, numb/dull feeling around the injection site but this is gone now. Will make sure to rotate sites so that I do not pin the muslce group I am working.
yea man your fine, my very first injection was 12 years ago when i didnt know shit about steroids. it was with 100mg of winstrol with an 18ga needle into my delt. hurt like a bitch, and when i pulled the needle out blood ran down my arm and trickled down my finger tips. i about shit myslef too. but you did it all right

yea man i was young and dumb, but i did grow like a weed back then, wish i could gain like that these days.
i remember may first injection 2 years ago. i felt the same way i was waiting for something to go wrong. never did still here. i injected in my quad at first i cant say i will ever do that again. leg was stiff for 2 days. shit hurts but the glutes are good to go. delt is okay also i just cant do over a ml or 2 there.

was that normal for air bubbles to appear when aspirating, wasnt sure what to expect aspirating...just knew there should be no blood!

You aspirated and there was no blood. You didn't hit anything its just blood from piercing your skin. Its fine mate
Eric090585you're good bro. if u aspirated it just means u passed through a vein or something. wipe it off and put a band-aid on it
no worries guy. had you actually injected into a vein you prolly wouldn't be typing this right now...cuz you'd be all dizzy and feel like complete shit lol
