First cycle with D-Bol
ad
I am currently on trt, at 200mg of Test Cyp EW. I am considering doing 30mg/day of Dbol while maintaining my trt dose. This would be my first cycle. I am, however, not in great shape. I'm 6'3, 200 lbs, with roughly 22% BF. It is my understanding that one should reduce their body fat before a cycle in order to minimize side effects. I currently take blood pressure medicine and Adex.
Is it necessary to get in better shape first, or can I jump right into it? I am under the impression that Adex and propranolol (for BP) can control estrogen and BP anyways.

Jd, I'm 38 I've never in my life ever had any issues with my blood pressure high nor low. First time I cycled with dbol my blood pressure was like a roller coaster ride. It would spike high and my head would feel like someone just beat me with a sledge hammer then it would drop off so low I could bearly go. It got to the point where I was like screw this shit its not worth it. So brother if you're already on bp meds then the best advise I can give you is to just not start with the dbol. Your bp and your health is worth more than 15lbs of water weight that you will just end up losing in the end. Be smart just say no.
On BP meds and wants to take dbol lol
Nice knowing ya!
Rustyhooker2 forums fishing for cosigner. Trt 200 at 29. Having health issues as he replied....smh
Agreed!!
You're ignorant. I am looking for no cosigner. In fact, if you looked at my recent post regarding Tbol, you would notice that I took the advice given to me. I stated that I am not running a cycle until I am ready, as was suggested by others. Go flame somebody else. The purpose of all this is to learn. As far as the TRT dose, I had a brain injury from hockey when I was young, and my pituitary does not work. Last I had bloods done (from a medical doctor btw), I was within normal range. In fact, I wasn't even on the high end of normal. I just had blood drawn this week as well, and those results will more than likely confirm the exact same thing, unless my levels have magically spiked dramatically. So, as you can see, my endocrinologist and I are on point. You may be well educated on various AAS, but you are very uneducated about my personal goals, intentions, and health issues.
Sorry, bro, you're just gonna have to accept the approach...you are on the best website in the world, so expect 100% high-end criticism!!
RustyhookerYoure lazy. Self doing trt at 200 and looking for magic pills. Get off the sofa and find some cardio.
Update your stats...no DBOL....what does your most current bloodwork reveal...post exercise regimen and cal/mac plan.

You need some food, bro.
I'm waiting for blood results on Monday. I also take Adex 1mg EOD (yes I know it may be too much, I'll find out Monday), HCG 500iu 2x weekly. Last I looked the only abnormalities were my hematocrit and RBC. Only slight though. I just donated blood yesterday. BF is about 22%
So how do you workout and eat?
If your bodyfat is that high your going to have estrogen problems.
Very true!
Cycle lay out:
Compound 1-figure out a gym schedule and stick to it
Compound 2- cardio program
Compound 3- learn about nutrition
Compound 4- form a diet plan
Compound 5- execute the diet plan daily
Take pictures of yourself now. Adhere to these guidelines you set then take another picture 12 weeks later and enjoy the changes

Thanks a lot. The first link is dead FYI
As they said below, horrible idea. You need to bring your bodyfat down by at least 10% points (down to 12%) before you even consider it. D-bol is also going to make your blood pressure worse- but losing the weight will help bring it down. I am going to keep my reply short because the links that Makwa posted below contain everything I would say regardless. However, I will leave you with this:
If you do it the right way and take the slow and steady route without using AAS, in a few months you will be saying "Wow, look at how far I have come and how much I have learned! But, if you try to find a quick and easy route (which doesn't exist btw), in a few months you will be saying" Wow, I was killing it for the month that I was using D-bol, but now I'm 10 lbs heavier, have no more strength or muscle than when I started, my health is worse and I feel like shit."
No matter which way you go, the next few months are going to pass. The only question is what you will be saying to yourself when they do.
Thank you for your reply. That was very insightful as well. I have put on about 10 lbs in the last few weeks, and a lot is muscle. Muscle memory is the best. I'm concerned that I will lose my gains by cutting that much BF. Should I expect to lose a lot of muscle during this cut?
Not if you do it properly. You will lose scale weight, but as long as you train hard in the weight room, keep your protein intake up and do not consume less than 500-600 calories below your TDEE you should not lose muscle mass. Don't let the drop in scale weight or change in your visual appearance trick you. It's important to remember that body fat is distributed all over your body, including your arms and back. With that being the case the gross size of body parts like your arms, legs, chest etc so decrease, but that doesn't mean that you are losing muscle mass. You are just getting rid of the fat that is being stored on top of the lean mass. Definition will increase as size decrease
First of all steroids are not a shortcut to getting in shape
https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/steroids-are-not-for-g...
Second, you need to lower that bodyfat way down before running a cycle.
https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/scientific-proof-lower...
Third, dbol + 22% BF with an inexperienced user screams gyno to me.
Last and most importantly of all, is that you have zero muscle base which means you are no where near ready to run a cycle. Right now you fall into the skinny-fat category. You need to diet and cut the bodyfat first. Then eat and train to build up some muscle and then you would be prepped to run a cycle. If you can't build a significant amount of muscle off of your trt dose given your current stats, running a cycle of whatever isn't going to help you out one bit.

Your correct , try and get your bodyfat down a few more % , dbol is notorious for high blood pressure and water retention and at your bodyfat I'd advise not to use it . Do some cardio and eat less and your bodyfat will drop in no time . From your recent posts about hair loss then planning to use sustanon and tren I don't think you know much about aas so do some research .
Based upon his last post and now this one, I think he is fishing for a cosigner.
Exactly what I was thinking .
I am fishing, yes. But not for a cosigner. I'm fishing for information. I am trying to learn as much as possible. That is one purpose of this forum... To learn. As I said, I'm considering it. I haven't made a decision to do it. As I receive more information, I have more questions, therefore I ask.
I hope that this is true, and if it is start with the training and nutrition sections. You should have learned by now that steroids are not the answer for you at this time. With that being the case, spend your time learning about proper diet and exercise in order to advance yourself to the point where AAS is in the realm of possibility. The closer you get to that point, the more time you should start researching first cycles. You have to learn to walk before you can run. I know there are tons of misconceptions about AAS use, but the reality is that they are worthless without the essentials and the basics.
Nobody has ever become a professional athlete because they used AAS. They became professional athletes through diet, training, consistency, hard ass fucking work and determination. Then they used AAS to become better professional athletes or extend their playing careers.
See where I am going with that?
200 mg of test cyp every week is a very high trt dose imo, honestly more akin to a low dose cycle. You should make great gains off that if your diet is good and you're training is on point.
Do some housekeeping in those areas first and you'll be surprised at how fast you can gain and how great you'll feel.
And at 200/week you could do two pins per week at 100mg every 84 hours for more stable blood levels, this may also be of benefit to you since you may be having bp issues/concerns..
Forget the dbol though.
Accidentally fat fingered this and negged you instead of a +1. I believe I fixed that though.
I just wanted to add to this and say that your dose is high for trt and you need to keep a close eye on your hematocrit levels. Trust me... I didn't follow my own advice and paid a steep fucking price.

My hemoglobin and RBC counts are slightly elevated.
Make sure you check them consistently and donate blood at every opportunity. They are likely to continue gradually increasing over time at your TRT dose. Regular blood donation will go a long way to check that and keep them in range.
Lol, all's good. Glad you hit on the hcrit, OP needs to read up on donating regularly if not already.
Absolutely!
I thought it was pretty clear from what everyone said in your last post that your nowhere near ready to be running a cycle and now you post about running a cycle of dbol.
They said not to mess with them for the aforementioned reasons. That made me more cautious, but it raised more questions... So I asked. Nothing wrong with that.
No there's nothing wrong with it, but you need to be more curious about diet and training at this point and focus there first. Once you get that going you can start asking the other questions when the time is right.
I agree
