+ 1 Cycles' timing

ad

Good morning everyone. My question is about the cycles' timing , I wish I had advice on how many cycles would be advised to do at year and when, I mean how many months between each one , in which month would be better to do them and what to do (mass or definition). Example, Now I'm doing my first cycle (test.E) for 12 weeks, what do you recommended after that ?
Thanks in advance dudes
Teo

Thanks for the reply,
I m thinking of doing a cycle in the fall to increase mass and one in the spring for the definition (more or less), there is still time to do laboratory tests, what kind of tests should I do and the values in what range should be to be normal, maybe there is already a post that explains it?
Now I'm about to start a 12 weeks cycle of Test E , aromasin beginning from the third week and continuing throughout the cycle, the PCT is the classic 40,40,20,20 Nolva 100.100.50.50 clomid.
You say to do the test at the beginning, mid-cycle, before and after the PCT this is to see how the values vary and if return to normal?
I'll have to do the test in private laboratories and will cost a bit ,so what are the important values to check? Thanks again for your patience. Teo

The first test is to show you what your natural levels are before you even start. The mid cycle labs are to show you how your body is reacting to the compound and whether or not you need an AI. The post/pre-PCT lab is to show you how much test is in your system, how your body reacted to the the cycle in general and to act as a bench mark before PCT. The post PCT labs are to show you how effective your PCT was and how close you are to your very first lab.

Your first lab can be the female hormone panel at ptivatelabsmd. It runs around 50 bucks and will give you the basics. Although they do not give you free test which is important, they give you enough to bench mark your cycle. The other labs should be more comprehensive so you can get an accurate picture of how you are reacting. Read this forum here. https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/total-test-ranges-with... .

Good luck

Why female if i'm a man ?? So is this the complete panel... ?

Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/ Differential
Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR)
Cortisol, serum
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) Sulfate
Estradiol
Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
hCG Beta Subunit, Quantitative, Serum
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I (IGF-I)
Lipid Panel
Sex Hormone binding Globulin, Serum
Testosterone, Free (Direct) With Total Testosterone, LC/MS-MS
Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free T4
Tri-iodothyronine (T3), Free, Serum

Again thanks..... sorry if i'm such a pain in the ass whit all these questions but i'm
really interested. bye

The female panel gives you all the same stuff the man one does except it says female so it is half as expensive. I prefer to get the one I listed in my post above because it is more comprehensive. The panel you listed above is good but still missing a few things. It does give you the important stuff though. E2, Test and total free test, FSH, LH and SHBGS are all the markers we look for on a basic cycle. If you were taking a 19 Nor cycle you would want a prolactin on there as well.

Time on = time off and blood work.

This is a good question and I applaud you for asking it. Your question unfortunately is not a simple straight forward one with a simple answer. There are a lot of factors that determine the outcome. Namely, what are your goals, how long are you cycling for and what kind of shape are you in? Also a huge factor is WHAT are you cycling! A cycle of Deca requires a longer post cycle down time than a standard Test cycle because of the harsh HPTA shut down. The general rule of thumb is time on + PCT = Time off before next cycle but bloods would be the ultimate determining factor.

I would start with blood tests. I hope you ran labs before you started this base cycle you are on. You should also run labs at mid cycle, post cycle right before PCT and right after PCT. This will be the biggest determining factor on when to start your next cycle. It will also give you a great baseline by which to compare your future cycles to.
