already been stated but to reiterate- filter first o avoid boiling with contaminants, then heat to 212 F, then IMO i would filter again through a whatman syringe filter after cooling.

RustyhookerThe brewer resellers on here.....chat with them and get the inside secrets. They May say heat to X degrees first then filter.
RustyhookerAs long as it's free of microbes. I surely wouldn't inject anything not purified. Cso has been the main carrier of gear for decades.
