Clen + Beta Receptors

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had some good advice on how to clean up your beta receptors per se, while running Clen @ 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Or for that matter, any advice they would like to add in. Thanks!

benadryl will clean receptors and keto will block... either way you can run clen for a longer period...
**clen in the a.m. and benadryl before bed is a winning combination ; )
AnonI've heard Benadryl has the same effect? any truth to that? i suppose i'd have to do some research. I've never used Ketotifen (obviously) but I know Benadryl knocks me the fuck out..unless taking it before bed to clean up the beat receptors would be a possible use.
