What compounds are you cycling? Just Sustanon only?

Datsik's picture

I'm only running Sustanon, I dropped the NPP in week 2

Are u supplementing with multivitamins? Your AST looks great, too. THC is supposed to elevate AST, looks like you are on a good dose of green. Sodium and potassium are in range, but on the low side. You could benefit from an electrolyte replacement drink. All other values are expected to be seen with AAS cycling. I like your WBC count, too. You could add some olive oil into your diet, too. It may help with increasing HDL.

I might have to get some type of gatorade... i've been strictly drinking only water besides an occasional beer

MCV=90...if you are drinking alcohol MCV usually is elevated, but not out of range. If you begin to increase fluids with gatorade or powerade, your MCV, creatinine, sodium and potassium values will improve. Whats your drinking frequency and intake?

I also just got back from a heavy week of drinking... First time bachelors party for me ^_^

Yes, I have a multi vitamin, I also take zinc, magnesium, vit C, fish oil caps and vitamin a. I should use olive oil more when I cook. maybe even adding it into my shakes. Hahaha I definitely have top shelf herb. I actually am slowing down, its giving me weird paranoia. I noticed it also effected my intensity, so I keep it to a minimum. Ive never had such bad anxiety but luckily the doc is helping with that.

I did NPP for two weeks which is 5 weeks ago, but I still feel like I got Deca Dick... this is the last side im tyring to sort out. Everything else is going great!

Vitamin regimen sounds well. You could include a Super B-Complex, which will help with kidney function, while increasing electrolyte replacement fluids. Also, vitamin E and selenium might be beneficial, unless your MD says no, or you are allergic to the vitamins described above. Herb is different for everyone, it can be effective one day, then crawl up your back the following day an be ineffective. How much NPP did you administer?

Datsik's picture

I did about 8ml / 8mg
