+ 1 Blood Pressure on Cycle
ad
So I am wondering what everyone's blood pressure is like during cycle, and what levels are tolerable to you while on cycle. I know everyone mentions water pills, Hawthorn berry, B5, AI's and plenty of water to help reduce BP, from what I've read in other posts. but with all said and done I'm curious what everyone really does when all that fails, and what levels they deem acceptable to them to tolerate before they bail the cycle.

Sometimes medical intervention is only option with blood pressure.
I remember laying on my couch in the fetal position for 4 days shaking from severe hypertension.
Doctor was only option.
Sometimes all the natural shit in the world wont help.
Just remember the baby asprin doesnt lower bp but it protects against clotting so is a good idea.
What happened to you?
Test, deca, eq, anadrol.
Oils were over 3g and drol was 200 a day.
I also brang in letrozole for a gyno flare.
Was drinking n.o xplode everyday ( triple dosed )
And i was also drinking nearly 2 litres of high fat iced coffee and eating a shit load of fried chicken.
I was 25 years old, i was young and dumb trying to be the big man tough guy in the group and i got severely high blood pressure/ hypertension, once i got to the gp he actually asked if im having a heart attack or stroke.
My blood was so thick and syrup like it was flowing slowly and my feet were purple.
At that time the misses i had was interstate for work and my family had no idea what i was up too.
I was home alone and just started feeling really slow and sick, i was sweating but shivering.
I just layed on the couch in the fetal position and did not move except the shaking and rocking.
I remember thinking over and over this isnt good.
I admitted it all to my dr and he literally took like 5 tubes of blood straight away and he prescribed me bp tabs, cant remember the name but they were tiny little white circles and also gave me a jab of something else.
He gave me a referral straight to emergency dept which is only 2 minutes from the gp.
I had no waiting time and they took more blood.
Ill dig up the paper work but the numbers were so bad even after all the blood was taken that they thought i should of been dead.
They couldnt believe my test results and they said my kidneys should of failed and i should of been cardiac arresting.
Stayed in over night and was released the next day.
I stopped everything except for test which i halved aswell.
Stopped drinking the coffee and pwo etc etc and i was better in like 10 days.
Only stayed on bp tabs for like 2 weeks or so.
I thought at the time i was covered.
Stack of natural supps for health.
Actually i was taking cel cycle assist and pct assist on cycle and it was preloaded.
2 shotties of apple cider vinegar in the morning.
Milk thistle at ludacris amounts.
Multi vitamins.
Huge amounts of water.
All to no avail.
Vit e
Vit c- anti oxidants.
People forget that although they are health related supps our bodies still process it all.
That was my first time ever using eq and ive never used again.
When i think back i always blamed eq.
These days i guess it would be more the diet that went with it.
My work was next door to kfc, everyday i would eat so much fried chicken like $20 just at lunch rinsed down with a big full fat iced coffee.
My protein carbs fats etc were all hitting my 6000 cals daily but from the wrong shit.
I wad " dirty bulking" and didnt care as long as i was huge which i was.
I was i think around 115-120kgs.
These days im smarter obviously.
For a good while id do test only after all that.
Tuna and salad lunches and baked plain chicken breast dinners.
Stripped out all the shit and stuck to just a multi vitamin, milk thistle and vitamin e for my side supps.
Got rid of all caffeine.
2 years later i actually had a heart attack.
I had no pulse when i got to emergency.
I got my hands on high dose test 500 from america.
I jabbed my glute and hit the main nerve.
The infection went like this- staph turned cellulitis turned into septicimia.
That was 11 days in i.c.u and i lost 1kg a day on average.
I had a cardiac arrest and developed a heart arythmia.
It was losing and skipping beats.
That one scared me aswell.
Id already been popping staphylex oral antibiotics about nearly a week before going to hospital and it done nothing.
I.v antibiotics were drip fed to me 24-7.
I lost a chunk of flesh out of my arse cheek.
That same gear also took chunks of flesh out of my right quad.
My blood pressure was brutally high and they actually used fantenyl and morpheine to get it down eventually.
They used a defib on me for my heart.
Again i was lucky and recovered and never had any heart problems again except a small case of angina symptoms about a month or so later.
Baby asprin done its job both times.
Prostoglandins were prevented from gathering in formations so i didnt clot other wise id be dead.
Safety first these days.
I wont stack drugs together that dramatically increase rbc and i wont use eq.
I still love anadrol but im smarter with usage and i pulse it in and out at specific times.
Im not half the man i was size wise especially in thickness.
But id rather be alive.
Thank you for telling me your story! It's touching and very scary. God bless you made it through; you must have a guardian angel looking over you. It really doesn't get much closer to a disaster than that. Your a success story for making adjustments and focusing on your health. I think if people know this story it will prevent some from being Reckless and not doing their blood work. I think half of these newbies don't know how bad a high RBC and hammering orals can be. Respect to you
I made a topic recently in general talk called case studies. Although your story is not a case study it's real life trial and error. Sometimes that's more powerful and hits home. If you have the time brother if you can copy and paste what you just wrote and put it on there. I think it will help some people or scare the hell out of them anyways. I was actually getting ready to gear up after a layoff when's the gyms open up, but you know what I'm going to stay clean... can't hurt. Your story hits home bro
I try to keep my sodium lower! On cycle My BP always shoots up after I eat high sodium meals (for example a whole pizza 1500/1800mg of sodium). Now I adjust my water intake more carefully after & monitor it.
Bp meds... see your doc and be honest...you don’t want the bp to go to high , high blood pressure plus the high hemoglobin from being on cycle is a recipe for disaster. Stay healthy bro!
100%. BP is no joke.
I also don’t get many here that are in serious gear and then get high BP and recommend some garbage herbal supplements. They usually don’t work. Go see a doctor and get it controlled.
Be sure you're getting an accurate reading. And using the right sized cuff. This is from five years ago

My BP always ran high in previous cycles. Not extremely but before ever running cycles I saw systolic #s that stayed near 120. After I started running cycles those #s ranged from 130-155. Never returned to 120’s even months off-cycle with very clean diet. 5mg Amlodipine brought it back down and I continue to take it on cycle now.
Manateeswimmer5678Blood pressure always stays consistent in 120-130/75-85 range.
Things to do to prevent problems (preventative measures)
Donate blood regularly. Increased viscosity and hematocrit can lead to increased pressure within vessels
Don't smoke because vasoconstriction can occur
Maintain good cholesterol levels
Eat clean to prevent diabetes which can lead to vessel clogs via non-enzymatic glycosylation
Things you can't control are your age, gender and genetics which all play a big role. The older you are, the more likely atherosclerotic plaques are to build up so eat clean and train smart
Also limit your caffeine intake which can cause spikes in BP.
I was thinking about donating blood for first time in next month one to help my blood pressure but also with this pandemic I’m sure it’s needed so win win. My question is you said regularly donate , whats that for you personally? Thank in advance sir.
Giving blood always helps me
I've been taking 300mg of TUDCA everyday as I started getting stomach ache and loss of appetite from being on Adrol & Dbol for a while. After a day it got rid of it which I found unbelievable, so I looked up all the benefits of it. A reduction in blood pressure and cholesterol is also one of the key benefits which I can definitely feel too, my heart doesn't pound as hard and I don't feel as pushed when training. Insulin sensitivity improvement, ATP release, thyroid improvement, digestion and gut health also benefit massively. £25 for two months supply is what it works out at which is pretty cheap considering how well you feel on it.
Molinin302Any acid reflux? The only reason I ask (I like Dbol) is anadrol and tren aren't directly toxic to the liver. It's the mechanism. They block the ducts that allow bile to flow and it backs up. Inherently making the liver sick, gall bladder stressed, just throws everything off. Dbol has no mechanism like this, it's just hard for the liver to process. Frankly adult strength Tylenol is more toxic. Give some feedback bro, I'm curious. And obviously tired of being quarantined at home lol
Yeah one of Tudca's main traits is it gets the Liver bile flowing again which in turn helps the intestines and Gut. I can definitely feel my guts when liver function goes down Lol A slight bit of acid reflux for the first 10 minutes of taking it but nothing major. It's funny as I know a few studies say Tren doesn't affect the liver - But I definitely feel it does. I start to get all the symptoms of a stressed liver when I've been on it for a long period, however you look at it, it's a very toxic and harsh compound that still needs to be filtered out of the blood by the liver.
Molinin302Lots of good advice in this thread, I hope members take it. Personally I had BP issues for years, 5mg daily of Amlodipine (which I still take) but never really made any difference. It was all diet. And as clean as I thought I was eating, nope, not clean enough. It's huge. I'll add another one that's made a big difference for me. Breathing correctly. I didn't believe it at first, then I tried it. Most of us probably don't breathe correctly. Before I get chastised, try this (and if you're running gear you should own a BP monitor). Start with 5/5/5/5. Adjust as needed. Breathe in through your nose for five seconds, hold for five seconds, breathe out for five. Make sure you empty your lungs and relax those shoulders. Do this for five minutes. If you're elevated for your initial reading, I welcome any insults if you don't drop 10 points on diastolic, 5 points on systolic. Just give it a try guys. And learn to breathe deeper and slower throughout your day.
It's often referred to as box breathing. Takes a minute or so to get into a comfortable routine, so you don't feel as if your forcing it. Works great to calm myself down.
Exactly man. My old cardiologist I saw after a bad medicine reaction gave me acute renal failure had me on meds at first but he had me do a diet questionnaire during intake too. He said my diet was shit and gave me some books to read. He was big on low carb diets and not buying anything with a barcode. I was able to ween off the medicine as my diet improved. Unfortunately when I started eating cabs for training again I had to get back on the meds.
Also the physical therapist noticed my chest breathing and worked on getting me to breathe through my stomach to help with shoulder health since everything is so tight. Helped lower my BP too
I dont take d-ball and I'm good . Have a hell of a time controlling my estro on that monster.
Try some carditone
I’ll run Lisinopril if my BP gets high, normally 10ed but in all honestly I’ll lower dosages now or drop compounds instead of battling through BP issues.
I haven’t always but in the last year or so I’ve kept diet clean, plenty of water and cardio. These help but running gear I can run hot even with all boxes ticked.
EQ, no ester gear and test above 500mg per week shoots my numbers up.
This is a good read about blood pressure medication:

That's an amazing link! Thanks for the info
High BP runs in my family. So what I do is take 10mg BP medication and a Cialis everyday. That combo works great for me. No matter what I run. I typically run 126 / 80 on cycle.
Genetics play a part as well. High blood pressure is very hereditary and runs strong in my family. I was on low dose BP meds in my late 20's for preventative purposes because it runs so strong in my family and my GP noticed that I was slowly but surely trending upwards from 25 years old forward.
I still take 2 daily BP medicines and one contains a water pill as well. Diet also plays a very major part and limiting sodium is key. Mine stays between 120-130/75-80 off cyle and I never like to see it over 140/90. Fortunately I've never had to bail on a cycle do to BP issues and due to my career (medical sales) I have access to a hospital grade vital signs monitor at home for clinical grade testing.
josipgatesDiet will always be number one here, also watch on your sodium potassium ratio...but if u gain too much weight very fast BP will go up,that is why u want to go slower and stay healthy
Molinin302Water and diet. Very very little salt.
