Bf fat%

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in right section so please don't flame me. I keep reading not to start if your bf is too high but I haven't seen a number. I've read a couple of the stickies and used to search option but haven't found anything concrete. I'm 5'6 193 and 15%.

You should be alright starting at 15%, if you really are 15%. A lot of people underestimate their bf. When you cycle with higher bf you are more prone to estrogen related sides but I have cycled at 15% and didn't have any problems. Just make sure you either take an AI on cycle or have something on hand to combat gyno (nolva, Letro etc) if problems arise. The cool thing about cycling when leaner is you can really see the gear working and building muscle. When bf is higher the muscle is covered by a layer of fat. Just make sure your diet is spot on and you'll have a great ride
the lower your body fat percentage, the more pronounced the recomp effects will be
but they also say dont run gear unless you are at a lower body fat percentage because high body fat can correlate to a poor diet which in turn means you have no business running gear, in theory

Look, time to settle this once and for all, Quick and dirty - Some Power Lifters will run 25% BF never worry about aesthetics and use lots of gear in strength training
You are in the right section.
Why we say 15% or lower is because most AAS compounds really shine the leaner u are and with higher BF is more estrogen receptors in the adipose tissue just weighting to bring on estrogen sides.
You can cut with steroids quite nicely coming down from from 15% than with diet alone.
Now, if you want any specific suggestion from the brothers you will need to post some more cycle history and your age.
How old are you bro?
