tread-mQuit lying to yourself lardass and back away from the cookies! Lol. We're hear for you if you get weak brother!
tread-mI dont think the question has one answer but age is one of the pimary factors that should be considered. If I'm right I think you are young and in that scenario barring any serious issues in hormone defficiency etc then I totally agree with Nate below as I do often.
There are many scenarios where I will tell someone to run test at even a 25% bf for the following reasons. If you are at a free test level of 100 for example whether you are older or not and you have dedicated yourself to diet and cardio etc and can't move the weight then you may be a candidate. Lets say due to your defficiency you have to work 3 times as hard in the kitchen and the gym to lose a pound, at that point you have to think speeding your metabolic rate is going to be very helpful. Now I'm not talking jump on 750 mg's I'm talking bring your free test levels to 800 so you cfan achieve. A level below 300 for anyone is dangerous and yes I know that is in complete disagreement with the medical community by and large. I will say this, I would bet my life on the fact that if you were to do a study with 10,000 people who had test levels of 300 and 10,000 people who had test levels of 800 that the people with the 300's would have health problems by the truck load when compared to the other group. Those levels are depreciating you in every way. First you are less active and then you gain weight and then you have higher bp and then you have all the negative effects that come from that including organ depreciation and heart issues and maybe cancer and who knows what else.
You are at your healthiest in life when your test levels become stable around 25 and I happen to think it is no coincidense that that happens to be an age where the least amount of health problems and disease occur. Probably expanded to far on the question for your current personal reasons for asking but there may be those outside your circumstance see the thread that need a little more input so I hope that covers it. We all have different needs etc but I suspect Nates 15% is where you personally need to be.
