Beginner Cycle Layout Help

ad

Ive seen a lot of confusing information about AI's so I just wanted to get an opinion on this.

I want to do my first cycle of 10 Weeks of Test E @ 500mg

I have a question about the AI & PCT

I plan on starting the Aromasin at week 4 (Or before if I need to)
I will run it at 12.5 EOD for weeks 4-10

Now here is where the question comes in.

Do I need to run the Aromasin during weeks 11 & 12 before PCT

And then week 13 I start PCT should I also continue the Aromasin during PCT?

This guy doesn't even know how to run his AI on a test only cycle and your advice is to add in tbol and fucking tren e!! We don't even have his complete stats! That's not the way we do things around here. Think before you offer advice.

Blood work imo on first cycle is a must if you don't see what your body does with estro your ai dose will be a shot in the dark. Then from that point on every cycle will be a guessing game as far as your questions go I would go to more weeks with the test e and continue the aro until pct some run it with pct I'm trt so I'm not as knowledgable on running aro with pct 6.25 Ed would be a starting point but without them bloods you don't know what you need maybe more maybe less

Aromasin is only active for about 9 hours in men. EOD dosing isn't ideal.

I'd also stretch it to 12 weeks. You only have 6 weeks where everything is in full swing with a 10 week cycle using long ester test.

I run aro at 6.25mg in my PCT as well.

Bloodwork at week 5-6 will help you figure out how your body aromatizes to test and how your AI will work the best for you as you complete your cycle.
