After Cycle and PCT are complete, then what?
ad
How long should one wait, after PCT is complete, to do another cycle? I have heard from some half the time of the Cycle. I have also been told you should wait the entire time of the cycle again before doing next cycle. I would love some feedback on this topic if you guys could.

On time + pct time = off time
My post runs until my NRB'S are in full swing lol ( usuall 4-6 weeks )
Anonyou will still be recovering after pct there is no real time scale to this, dependent on the person, PCT will kick start your natty test but not fully recover it, ive always follow the HCG during cycle as it ment to help recovery but i have recently read that some use clomid during cycle for this reason as well its something i will look into
tread-mNate has it down there. I would check as has been mentioned here, estradial levels sometime following pct to make sure your estrogen is in check and see where your free test levels are. High estrogen levels post cycle and pct can eat gains up very fast. If they are normal then continue as you have working as hard in the kitchen and gym until time for next cycle and do it again. Good way to judge your success with last cycle and pct /post cycle is how much of your gains you kept. If you kept none of it then something is off in the work, usually the kitchen work as long as estrogen was in control... Keeeping even 20% of the quality in gains is a success to some degree given you are still headed in the right direction (if bulk was the goal). Just work the plan and be patient brother, it all comes together over time if you follow the plan. By the way, drink plenty of water on and off cycle to help keep that estrogen in check, it is the enemy as it gets high in terms of goals and is there to kill free test levels and destroy muscle!
Thanks for the comments tread, it is all very helpful, I am just waiting on some ancillaries for PCT to arrive and the mass gaining cycle will begin!
Being new to this, when I go to a doctor and get my blood work done what do I ask him to do/look for etc.
Excellent, makes sense to me.
I usually get a full panel it should show your test levels estridol levels and all that good stuff
I get blood work done before cycles then again usually about 6 - 8 weeks after pct to see where im at some people recover faster than others while others the golden rule wouldnt be long enough for them
nate is correct, that is the golden rule to stay safe and to allow your endocrine system time to recover and function correctly.
Nasty81NateCycle time plus post cycle time = off time before next cycle
AnonI concur.
