2nd cycle (test prop SD kickstart) advice please

Hello everyone. I am starting my next cycle in about a month or so and I wanted a little more advice from some of the experts. I have done 12 weeks test e with dmz and was not too impressed. I went up to 750 mg a week of test e for the last 5 weeks and still was not to happy with the results and the test was legit. I have a ton of superdrol coming in due to the ban and super cheap prices so I am gonn use some for a 4 week kick start 10, 20, 20, 20 and run test prop at 125 - 150 eod for 8 weeks. I know some aas users had ph's and sd and would suggest dbol instead but sd is what I have, I will prob use dbol for 3rd cycle. This has to be a short and sweet cycle(thats why test prop / sd). We are expecting a baby December 4th so I want to be done and over pct before the baby gets here. Goal: 15-20 lbs after pct. I am 36 years old, 6'8" tall (for real) 242 lbs (was 252 but lost bloat in pct) I gained about 10-12 lbs total after pct from my last cycle. I will be eating 300 grams of protein a day, 6000 calories (mostly clean) a ton of carbs (I have read they are a must on sd) little fat 20 % of total intake. Any advice is appreciated. I want to bulk up as much as possible on this quickie and then naturally bulk until spring. Also someone suggested I should cut for a few weeks before this cycle and stop carbs a week before cycle and then carb load after I start. Should I do this or keep bulking like I am now eating like a its my job?

Diet

Here is a typical day: (Bulking diet)

Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, 1 whole wheat english muffin, 3 oz low sodium ham, 1 greek yogurt (700 calories, 45 grams protein, 45 grams carbs)
Meal 2 - Home made protein shake (1 banana, 8 oz milk, 1 greek yogurt, 2 tbl spoons peanut butter, 1 scoop whey protein, 2 tbl spoons olive oil, 1/2 cup of oats) 800 calories, 60 grams protein, 110 carbs
Meal 3 - Subway club footlong (with everyhing they have on it) 800 calories, 50 grams protein, 80 grams carbs
Meal 4 - Protein bar (Met-RX big 100 colossal) 410 calories, 32 grams protein, 41 grams carbs
Meal 5 - Tuna fish and crackers (220 calories, 18 grams protein, 20 grams carbs)
Meal 6 - 8 Oz chicken breast, 1 baked potato, 1 cup veggies, 2 dinner rolls (700 calories, 50 grams protein, 100 grams carbs)
Meal 7 - 1-2 cups cottage cheese with mixed fruit (250 calores, 25 grams protein, 15 grams carbs)
Meal 8 - Home made shake again (800 calories, 60 grams protein, 110 carbs)

I always have snacks (chips, peanut butter crackers, PB sandwich, ect... through out the day. (total around 500 calories, 20 grams protein, carbs ?

Totals about = 5200 calories, 360 grams protein, 500 grams carbs.

Any advice is appreciated. Except eat more food, No I can not eat more. this is the most I can eat with out gaining too much fat and feeling like sh!t. And If I eat any more protein I am gonna evacuate the state i live in with my gas. I cheat once or twice a weeek and have pizza or Mcdonalds ;)Someone told me on another site I need 8500 calories a day, I am a hard gainer but I am not Michael Phelps! That guy eats 12,000 calories a day but he is also the best swimmer in the world so I am sure he trains a little harder than me. I am almost thinking that my receptors are not working right. With this much food and protein and gear I should gain a crap ton. We shall see. I am gonna take fast48's advice and drop some BF before this cycle just like I did my last cycle and then eat like it's my job once I am on.

the test will help out some, but you got 6000 cals why only 300 g of protein? i would look in to more protein, at least 2-2.5 g per body pound if your bulking.. eat a few more pieces of fish and chicken, tuna, that has low carbs and more protein.. How do you like almonds? crazy thing is that 1 cup of them have 30g+ of protein, 1000+ cals and 48g+ carbs.. and you wont feel fattty after..

Superdrol the prohormone? And you put on and kept 10-12. That sounds like a decent cycle. Food is king....but 12lbs is good. Juice isn't typically 30lbs and you're superman. Bodybuilding or gymrat is for life. It takes years. How long since last cycle? This will be second cycle? You want 12Weeks?

Yes Sd the prohormone. And Yeah the gains were good but I cut below my weight before cycle so I actually only gained 8 lbs or so after cycle. It will be 10 weeks, pct was good, nolva did the job with pct assist. Good sex drive, morning wood ect... and checked total cholesterol yesterday and was good. Getting total bloods later this week for all lipids, hdl / ldl. I know it takes time and several cycles but too many people overhype test and say they gain 30-40 lbs on test alone. I was expecting a little more strength and at least 15 lbs not anything unrealistic like 40 lbs. I think with sd, which again, everyone claims to gain 15-20 lbs in 4 weeks I can gain so I am gonna give it a try and see how I like test prop. Is 125 eod good enough for gains?

Undercutting your weight can be a positive thing too. If you dropped 6lbs of fat yet put on six pounds rock....you'll weigh the same. Thats body recomposition. I don't use the prohormones...too many of them convert highly to estro or shut down hard. I'd suggest diet help first. Twelve Weeks plus four Weeks pct works best imo.
1-4 prop 150eod
1-12 test e/cyp 600/split
Adex is .25 eod OR aromasin at 12.5 used when estro begins to show
Pct....clomid 100...100...50...50 & nolva 40...40...20...20

But from what i'm reading/misreading suggests your calories aren't right. Suggest posting diet help so a guru can hook you up right. Protein alone is 2.5grams/lb of body weight.

Thanks and I will post my diet. I am looking to do a quick 8 week cycle this time and nothing longer so I will just stick to test prop and sd. As far as calories go I eat all day and to be honest I probably get closer to 350 grams of protein a day so I guess I need to bump it up to 600 grams a day? That seems insane! I would have to consume 100 grams of protein per meal. I will post my diet later for review. Thanks for your advice. This is not directed at you but there is no reason one can not make good gains on 8-10 cycles so i don't know why so many say 12, 16+ weeks. It makes more sense to have better lipids and overall health and do short but sweet cycles. If I can do 8 weeks on and gain 10 lbs and keep all of them then i will take that over 20 lbs during 16 weeks and lose half in pct. I have read of a lot of European guys that do 4 weeks on and no they don't gain 20 lbs but they gain 8 lbs and keep it all and avoid 16 weeks of suppression and have an easy pct. Just sayin!!! I might post some of the cycles on here later as well. None of them use test e or cyp.

High five on that! Yes IMO you can do well on fast acting Esters like prop for 8Weeks. Get in...grow...pct. Just remember pct starts two days after last prop shot. 6 & 8 week cycles are typically cutters....but then again that relies again on food. You probably don't need 600grams protein a day but I'll let the guys that know help you the best. Try to keep in mind what i mentioned on body recomp. You'll always appear more muscley with lower bf.....but if you're dropping fat while adding mass then you're achieving. Thats right where im at......after broke elbow and just pushing to get back to where i was. Lol

Thanks both of ya. I was a hardgainer when younger. Doubled my clean calories and began growing. It's not easy reworking eating habits.

I saw that post n turned green with envy. Lol! For me to win this ebc i need 205+ cut pounds for 20 solid gained. I got boiled chicken tenderlings :( ¤kicks rocks¤ . Lmao!
