Trt/estro levels/ adding Deca.......
So I’m 44 been on trt for over 4 years. Rarely blast anymore and when I do it’s short or low dose. I recently switched my trt dr. Old ones were absolute morons and would never order proper bloods. Just had bloods pulled at new doc and total test was 888 and estradiol was 90. I definitely feel it and have been more emotional lately and nips are a bit itchy. Never had issues in the past. I’ve used 700 mg of test with no ai years ago and no issues.
New doc is upping test to 200 mg ew, and prescribing arimidex half a tab twice a week. I’m currently on 160 mg ew and no ai so 200 isn’t much more and would probably put me around 1200 so I’m looking forward to that.
What estro levels are everyone else at? I have some joint issues and rotator issues and I’ve used low dose Deca in the past and it was amazing. My new doc will prescribe Deca after 10 weeks and more bloods and said I can stay on it year round. What’s your take on that? They will also prescribe Anavar as well if I like which I’m definitely considering this spring.

That’s where I’d like to be. Anywhere between 25 and 50 would be fine with me as long as I feel better. So I think I’ll start with .25 e 3 days. Doc wants me to start at .50 e 3 days. We’ll see how hard it is to cut the pills when I get them. Might have to just cut in half and do .50 instead if they are tiny.
RustyhookerBonus to have bloods easily accessible too. Maybe he went .50e3d just to quickly pull it down. But crunchy joints....yuck
Are you saying .50 will lower my estro too much and kill my joints? They suck now and that’s why I’m looking to start running Deca.
