Free testosterone dropped significantly
ad
So my most recent blood work has my total testosterone around 1000 and free is like 27. Previous bloods had me around the same total (988 to be precise) but my free was over 200!!! What the hell is going on with my SHBG? I was not on an ai with the first bloods. I’m currently on 1/4 tab Arimidex twice a week. estro was like 98 and now it’s around 25.
Most recent bloods are script test c 200 mg a week. Previous bloods was on UG labs test 125 mg ew. So the lower dose UG labs had my free test flying.
Could my diet be that much of a game changer. I was finishing up a cut with a pretty severe calorie deficit and more cardio. Those are the only factors I can think of, oh and I’m currently on hgh and have been for a month. Thanks.

So higher test dose with an ai, and got lower free and lower e2? Well, to me there is too many variables after you mentioned your change in diet/supplements and added an ai. Your shbg has got to went way up along with your test levels being the same( totals are the same). Always nice to know your shbg and take d3 daily, lol. Also ugl vs pharma vs clinic test is not created equal.
RustyhookerMakwa has a cool forum on sbgh.
Free is low and e2 is high so you had a big conversion happening. Raised your trt to 200 and looks like it bit ya
Rustyhooker@ceehi is lindsey again
I did find his post on it. So according to what he says it makes total sense if it’s why my numbers are so low.
I used to take fish oil daily and eat a high carb diet. I also used to take more magnesium and vitamin D. I guess I’ll add them back into my diet along with stinging nettle and saw palmetto and pull bloods in a month or two and see where we are.

Yes a lot of small changes can push unexpected results.
I’ll have to see if I can find it.
So now my free is low and my e2 is low (or in range). Before my free was high and so was my e2. Are you saying that since my e2 is now lower it dropped my free test?
RustyhookerIm saying your body looks like its converting to e2 at a higher rate. The free test had time to linger and convert. Raising the trt from 125 to 200 could do it. So could many other nutrient based factors
