Which A.I. Is Really Best For Which Substances And Situations
What's up guys? When it comes to which A.I. to use for which situation, I'm not afraid to admit that I could use some further knowledge regarding which one is best suitable for which situation. I'm maily talking about Anastrazole, Exemestane, and Letrozole. Now, I've read so much conflicting information on these three A.I.'s, that it's driving me crazy! There are certain things that I read, like out of the three, Exemestane is better for heart and cardiovascular health, Letrozole is good if you start to notice any symptoms of gyno, and lots of conflicting information about the three. I usually use Anastrazole when an A.I. is needed, and like I said, I read that if I begin to notice any symptoms of gyno, I should switch to Letrozole, which thankfully I haven't had to do yet. But what I have done after noticing sore nipples while on Anastrazole, is switch to tamoxifen for a few days, and then go back to Anastrazole. Also, when I feel like I may need a stronger A.I., then sometimes I'll use Exemestane. What I'm trying to find out is which out of the three A.I.'s is the healthiest for the heart in particular, and would the best thing to do when beginning use of an A.I., be to start with either Anastrazole or Exemestane, and if you begin to notice any gyno symptoms, swith to Letrozole? There's so much conflicting information about these three A.I.'s, that it really starts to get confusing. So also, what steroid or steroid combination would call for which A.I.? Any helpful information regarding the use of Anastrazole, Exemestane, and Letrozole, and for which types of steroids, would be greatly appreciated! And, is Anastrazole the best all around A.I.? Thanks!

Here is a ridiculous idea; keep your test low enough that you don't need an ai and preserve your health/erectile function.
JayD718You've all been very helpful, and I really appreciate it. Anastrazole has been working good for me so far, and under some circumstances Exemestane. So, I guess I'll stick with what works!
That is something you are going to have to find out on your own. Everybody is so different. I don't like Asin. It just doesn't seem to work as good as adex does for me so I rarely use. Some times I'll switch out the adex with asin at the end of cycle so as not to worry about rebound if using high test but that is the only time I would use it,, very rarely though. I have to take silly amounts of it to start seeing a drop in estro. Letro I only use to crash estro. Way to strong of an ai for me to use. One may work better for you than the other so it is trial and error. Can only suggest starting doses of either and you have to tailor your dose with bloodwork from there. What I have the ideal situation to be is to run your test low enough so you don't need an ai and let the other compounds do the work if running a stack.
Lol that's funny man I just said the same thing about letro crashing estrogen. ..I haven't used it yet just because of the potency.. that's some strong shit... good advice by the way bro
No ai is the best ai, but if you're anything like me and aromatise like a 16 year old girl then I believe aromasin is your safest ai as it's easier on lipids and no rebound which means less stress on the body due to blood fluctuations.
However I do wonder if using say .625 of letro 3x a week is easier on you're lipids and heart than 25 aromasin ed as you're using less of a drug? Sorry to hijack your thread! (I think this may be person to person relevant)
RustyhookerAgree! Person to person with bloods.
Are there unwanted sides that a blood test wouldn't pick up if you were taking an ai consistently or just when on cycle? As there are sides which dont show up on a blood test with taking steroids like an enlarged heart etc?
RustyhookerAi consistantly would eventually crash estro. Sore joints, dry itchy skin...the basics.
If someone was to use bloods to keep estro low thinking there's less estro and more test, the problem is we really need estro. Hardening of the arteries is just one worry. Brain function, joint care yada yada...
What doesnt get looked at in a typical blood test can bite you. Hardening of arteries as mentioned and joint health, mental health, digestion, etc. Whats not normally tested for is the bodies sneak attack. Hell, i got a thumb sized vein clogged by a clot with bloods showing im the healthiest person in the room.
One of the old time ifbb pros was posting live tests and results on instagram. Kevin levrone. Hes pushing hard on real checks and updates that everyone should take. He had full heart scans, bloods etc.
But yes, if you can go to dr and get the standard stress tests with the snorkle etc. Theres always something not caught that can be the one issue to bite us.
So many parameters we can cover under that questioning. Very good thinking!! I like that
The answer I was looking for. I'll check out Kevin's updates on medical checks. Very informative mate
I also personally prefer aromasin. .I feel its the best for me in my opinion.. Everyone is different tho so it's about finding what works best for the individual in question
I prefer aromasin on low dose test and letro with higher. I will try and holding out on the letro for as long as possible but if my bf is higher than usual and I'm running a decent lump of test I crack the letro out and it's been a game changer.
That's good to know bro..I have steered clear of it because I know it's potent as hell and can crash estrogen pretty easy if not careful...I haven't really run any high test yet but when I do I'll have some on hand to be safe.. good info man thanks
