what do i do for PCT?

do i even need PCT?
I am on 350mg a week of test P and 2iu a day of Pharma HGH, 12 week cycle, first one ever
please help

You definitely need PCT anytime you suppress your own natural testosterone production. Testosterone Propionate has a 19 hour half-life. You can start PCT 4 days after your last shot. Congratulations on being able to get pharmaceutical HGH, not an easy thing to do.
PCT: Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex: 40/20/20/20

Yes you need PCT. Just run the regular clomid nolva one.
