+ 1 Trying to get off..

ad

I may be overthinking this but I would appreciate the support and your experiences/suggestions so I don't do something stupid. So, that being said, bare with me as I describe the problem.

I ran a cycle as follows starting in March 2017:
W1-6 Tbol 60mg
W1-10 Test C 500mg
Anastrozole 1mg e3d

PCT
W12-16 Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
AI on hand: aromasin when needed. And too much as first blood work 1 shows.

Blood work 1: done June 13: (towards end of pct)
Test, serum 545 (348-1197)
Estradiol <5 (7.6-42.6)
LH 10.2 (1.7-8.6)
FSH 6 (1-12)

I started to feel dots behind nipple consistently after pct. didn't do a good job monitoring estrogen nor when to take/not take AI. Also don't think the nolva was any good. Also consistently puffy nipple.

Since then, took Letro 2.5 mg ED for 2 weeks (paranoia) from dots behind nipple that could push in then they'd pop back out. Fear of tits. Although a nice pair of female tits definitely not afraid of..

Anyways, i took the letro then got more nolva (different source) to avoid rebound.
Nolva wk 1 40mg ed
Nolva wk 2 20mg ed (STILL doing this in week 3)

Blood Work 2: July 19
Test, serum >1500 (264-916). HIGH
Estradiol 20 (7.6-42)
LH 14.8 (1.7-8.6)
FSH 5.4 (1-12)
Prolactin (precautionary) 5.6 (4-15.2)

QUESTION: With my test so high (>1500) and estrogen on the upswing (<5 -> 20 in one month and not taking AI now), should I continue the nolva to prevent sides from rebound or stop nolva to allow LH to lower and let body handle it? If i do discontinue the nolva, should i take an AI to combat estrogen increase to match up with high test (natural and from nolva LH increase)? Any and all suggestions would be great. I know probably did something wrong somewhere.

Props to you for taking pct seriously and getting bloods done.

Seeing the effects of nolva is educational for the rest of us too.

Thanks man, just trying to do the right thing.

Technically, my pct of nolva and Clomid ended a month ago. However, I felt like I was getting gyno so I jumped on Letro for 2 weeks which obliterated my estro then took nolva after those two weeks which stimulated LH levels and boosted my test. But yes, haven't pinned in well over a month. Just find >1500 test to be odd compared to other numbers I've seen people posting from their bloods.

I'd say you need to get off the meds, then let your body find homeostasis, whilst keeping an eye out/judging

Thank you sir

Test went up that much in 6 days without taking any test? Id come off everything and let your body adjust. Youve completed pct, so its time to lay off the drugs. Just my .02

A month and 6 days, June 13 to July 19. Not familiar with estro increase if "natty" (from nolva lh increase) if there is an imbalance.

Aha, I See. Ive never known nolva to be effective in raising test that much. Id still say get off everything and let your body adjust.

It seems to me like you could just come off of everything. Whatever dose of Nolva you are currently on is working really well at boosting luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone.
So I would say either come off or drop the dose from way down.

As you can probably tell, this is my first cycle therefore first time doing pct etc. so my only question is with your experience, should I worry about estro increasing dramatically to match up with my high test levels? Fear of gyno if stopping nolva. But as I said I'm very inexperienced with pct/gyno. Thx for the reply bro

Most guys just stop taking nolva, and you should too.
Just be aware of gyno symptoms, but you should be fine.

Awesome. Last question, if I do notice any high estro/gyno sides, would it be ok if I took some liquid aromasin (have it already from cycle) a few times until my test comes down? Also have adex but don't want rebound if I start that.

CBBurrr's picture

It would be fine, but try to avoid it if you can.
