switching AI ON cycle

i read a couple other posts about this but nor totaly specific to why i want to switch.
Been taking adex and its been working great in preventing estro. actually best labs i ever got on cycle. but my joints are so sore i feel like an old man.
so im asking how would you go about switching to aromasin ON cycle?

0.5g of adex every other day for me. Good to know its an easy switch.
or should i start taking 0.5 e3d
Whats your dosing?
Wait a few days, then introduce aromasin @ 6.25mg EOD ...then tweak dose from there.
