reboot program
Ok so recently I posted my bloods and my results were horrible. I've been doing some reading and learned a lot about low test levels and it all applies to me. Weight gain, lack of energy, less than workouts. I'm experiencing all symptoms. I got a lot of advice to go see an endocrinologist but that's not an option for me. I found this pct reboot protocol:
Hcg taken every 2 days for 4 doses. 1,000iu/1,000iu/1500iu/1,500iu
Nolvadex 40mg in conjunction with the Hcg
Aromasin 6.5 in conjuction w Hcg for estro flare up caused by Hcg
After last Hcg shot start Clomid 150mg for the next 4 days after 4 days drop to 100mg for the next 10days which would be a total of 2 weeks of Clomid at these dosages in conjunction with
Nolvadex 40mg for those same.
Clomid and Nolvadex 50/50/20/20 for the last 2 weeks. Aromasin 6.5 as needed during 4 weeks of clomid and nolvadex. Allow 4 weeks of downtime and then recheck bloods to further asses situation
My plan is to follow this for the next 2 months to get my levels back up followed by a cycle in may- june.
I need to lose 27 lbs in the next 3 months and get back to where I was. My diet right now consists of white meats, beans, and green veggies. I'm not drinking any alcohol and I am doing my best to workout everyday. Any advice for diet, workout plan, or anything else will really help. Also, please keep all the comments about how I messed myself up with these low levels to a minimum because I've already heard it all and know my mistakes. Thanks guys.

May will be wayyy too soon to go back on cycle. Clomid can linger in your system for a long time. Finish this "pct" of yours then wait. If your hormones are all fucked up then don't go and fuck them up more. That doesn't make any fkn sense now does it?? Stay off for as long as you can, wait until maybe your winter bulk. Then get blood tests again and see if you like the results. If not, then you're still fucked up, go see a doctor.
AnonWhy were your levels low? Did you fuck yourself up using steroids or what? Im not aware of your history. Im asking because you say you want to get your levels up by running this for 2 months, taking 4 weeks off and jumping back into a cycle?
Why go through all this hassle to get yourself straight and then just turn around and jump back on cycle and shut yourself down all over again? Makes no sense to me, might as well cruise on a low dose of test until you blast a cycle again. Im actually not advising you do that either though.
If you cant see a doctor but do have success with the reboot I would wait at least 6 months before getting back into a cycle. Make sure you recover and remain stable before touching any gear.
Thanks bro. I used to run everyday and I'm trying to get back to it. My levels are all messed up so hopefully I'll be back on track after this pct. I can barely do 30 mins of cardio right now
Cardio twice a day for over an hour each time. Morning and night. 6_7 days a week.
High protein diet, low carbs.
If Your not willing g to do this then your going to stay the same.
