Hello, I was running test 500 a wk, 30 mg dbol first 4 was, and only 200 mg of tren e for 4 weeks, then cut the cycle off once I noticed gyno symptoms, can’t get bloods done I know that’s key, but I’ve taken caber for the last few weeks for prolactin and on cycle I took .5 arimidex twice a week, been taking nolva 40 mg a day since I quit the cycle, it’s been a lil over a month ago, I dropped down to a trt dose of test
AnonJust to clarify,
You ran Test, dbol, and Tren for a total of 4 weeks then got gyno symptoms, so you dropped down to a TRT dose (what is your TRT dose btw and do you take an AI with it?) and have been taking 40mg of Nolva daily for a lil over a month?
AnonThe B6 will help some but not much when it comes to estrogen.
Nolvadex aka Tamoxifen will help or cure you. There are plenty of human studies online about the effectiveness of Nolva for treating gyno.
Dosage...I would go with 20mg 3x a day for a week or until improvement is seen. Then drop to 20mg 2x a day for 2 to 6 weeks. Then drop to 20mg 1x a day for 2 weeks. I know that's vague. There's been multiple studies with different dosage protocols and a ton of bro science out there on this one. You also want to run an AI to stop aromatization while running the Nolva. Just don't run the AI too high and crash your E.
Molinin302+1, should've asked what he's running. Bloods would be preferable, but would be helpful to know if its an E2 or prolactin root cause.
AnonWell interestingly enough, B6 might reduce both estrogen and prolactin.
B6 at 200-800mg per day reduces estrogen and increase progesterone in women.

So B6 might also reduce estrogen in men.
B6 does show an ability to reduce prolactin in studies.
Personally I run 300mg of B6 daily year around, even when not running a 19-nor.
Your advice to take B6 now at those dosages is solid advice, it cant hurt and might help some. And it's better than doing nothing while waiting on an order of gear to treat the issue.
I actually have caber arimidex aromasin and nolva on hand. Appreciate the advice tho, was just wondering about raloxifene, I’m a noob in the juice world, still learning all I can especially about gyno
Molinin302Jump on some B6 right away, start 300-500mg daily and adjust from there.
We can't talk about sources on open forum. And i really doubt you will find Raloxifene at the moment it seems to be out of stock in a lot of places.
