PCT after blasting and cruising help
I've been cycling on and off for 15 years. My natural levels steadily have gone down after every cycle. I'm potentially looking to conceive a child within the next year so trying to get everything working as well as possible first.
About year ago I did a cycle of sus, npp, and a little tren for a few weeks, on top of HGH. Being afraid of the long recovery or "wasted" pct due to using 19-nors, I opted to try cruising for my first time. I cruised for maybe 8 months @150/w test.
I decided after that to try one more cycle of 500/w test plus 40/d anavar, which is where I'm currently at, minus the anavar.
What's the best pct to give me a better recovery than usual?
Before I decided on the cruise I was planning (in my opinion) a big PCT to recover from the 19-nors
Including HCG, Nolva, and Clomid.
What is a good protocol for me? Thank you

Plenty of people on trt conceive with just hcg and continue their trt.
I’d say give hcg a shot before doing anything drastic.
You can possibly add HMG a maybe for 3 months before trying to get her pregnant as it does work on LH and FSH , FSH works on sperm production, whilst HCG only works on LH. Your best bet is to do the HCG, Nolva, and Clomid PCT after ur done u can possibly do a sperm count test , if it's poor go to the HMG route . There's also a supplement which lots of bodybuilders locally here and are on gear swear by on increasing sperm count before trying to have kids, it's called proxeed plus better do some research on it but they do take it for like 3 months before trying for a kid.
anvilI wouldn't sweat this to much. Just do hcg until you get with in acceptable fertility parameters. Clomid long term you have to watch for clotting.
I created life on cycle after about 10 years of use, I was 34. Most peoples will come back, just takes longer then the 6-8 weeks people expect.
I am beginning to think I am Non-human mate, I have never had any desire at all to have children and still don't - Yet 99% of people I know either have them by now or still want them. Why do I have no desire to reproduce brother Anvil??!
anvilLet's be honest here, you know I at 34 I didn't "want" create anything but a beautifully enhanced corpse. But my ex wife had other plans...I don't like babies or toddlers or infants. But God damn after age 5 this got really fun for me. My son is awesome and tells me he's my clone, trains with me, plays football, volleyball and honor roll. Couldn't be prouder. So I got ya, completely. Thought of doing it makes me want to make sure my fertility numbers are negative forever.
I can imagine its pretty cool having a son thats into the same things as you, taking him to the gym and all the other things. It sounds like you have kept a good relationship with your ex too that hasn't affected him and thats a great, positive thing. I still can't get my head around having a daughter and them reaching 'that age' where guys start sniffing around them and vice versa (because after all we did it!!! LMAO) and having to pretend it doesn't piss you off lol
True that. I just got my wife pregnant while on the tail end of a 20 week deca cycle. And after a year of basically blasting and cruising.
anvilYeah it's definitely varies person to person. I mean plenty of pros have kids and they all have them later in life.
Would suggest going to fertility doctor. Had a friend who was on cycle for 3 years straight and was able to have his 2nd kid. But he also was only 26. He was a YOLO type and was dumb but I sent him to a friend of mine and he was able to follow there protocol and achieve conception
Clomid, nolva and HCG was the protocol not sure what his doses were but he was on it for I wanna say 3 months or so.
If you haven’t gotten off of gear for a year or so, I’d run a solid clomid/nolva PCT then get you FSH and LH tested. If it’s still low run 10000iu HCG for three months, get tested after the second month.
Another note, perform semen analysis after PCT and second month of HCG if needed. If you aren’t potent after six months, you may need more help than offered here.
May want to research a restart protocol.
