Pct ??

I will be running my first cycle within the next few months and want to make sure I am clear on what I need to do for pct. I was told by a Friend to run novladex at 20 Mgs 3 weeks after last pin and thats all I would need. Just want to double check here. Is that right? Or do I need something else??

Ok now if I need to start the novla during the cycle to prevent bitch tits. Lol do I just stay on it all the way through or just till the nips would stop hurting or swelling goes down?

i would get ur hands on an AI (adex) and keep that on hand just in case... but hold off til if/when you get symptoms. some ppl don't get any while others are super prone. unfortunately you are on ur learning curve. but unless you are super sensitive you should be fine on a simple basic test cycle

you are going to get alot of different responses about PCT with everyone swearing by what they believe. some say clomid/nolva while others will say that clomid is dated... me personally, i stick with a standard nolva 40/40/20/20. if your sticking to a basic test only first cycle this will do you just fine.

I think I am going go order clomid and novla and only use the novla if i start to get itchy nips or if they start to hurt. Can anyone co firm or denie if this is a good plan or not?

Yeah forts cycle is going to be 400 Mgs test e a week for 10 weeks. 2 pins a week Monday and thrusday.

If it is Test E or C wait 2 weeks after last injection not 3 weeks. Also you will need to run the nolva at 40/40/20/20, or if you go with clomid run it 2 weeks after last injection 50/50/50/50.
