While on cycle, I keep nolva around in case my nips start to itch or get sore but only then will I take them. I've read that a little estrogen is beneficial(energy,hdl/ldl level). After reading some posts it seems most are adding it to their cycles. I def take it for pct but i don't see the need on-cycle. Am I wrong?
