neeed help with pct!

im just coming off 10 wks of test cyp 500mg a week, first four weeks with d-bol 40 mg ED and last four weeks with tren e and need help with what would be a good regiment for PCT

first of all, why r u doing tren e the last 4 wks? you do know it's a long ester?
i would suggest running the test a couple o' weeks past the tren.
i'm a nolva guy and PCT 40/40/20/20
(and i hope you HAVE ur PCT on hand and are just looking on how to run it)
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Thats my opinion of course!
