Hi there,
I have a question, After a long ester like testo E how long i have to wait before start the pct? I waited 2 weeks but now some people are telling me that is too early.
can someone clarify this point for me please?

Length of use and amount used is as important as which ester.

Everyone has their own way to PCT, Also depending on the amount of gear used with whatever amount of dosage used depends on how long after you start your PCT.
My way is completely different than the general consensus. I start on my 2nd week after my last shot which is usually on the 11th day. I like transitioning into things i.e. As one thing is leaving, I'm introducing something in its place. I was never one to leave my body stale without anything in it, then hopping on something next. Just didn't seem right
That being said, I introduce HCG, on my 11th day for 3 weeks. Dosages varies on the amount of gear used. I then follow up with Nolvadex for the remainder 4 weeks. I never have any libido issues. I stay hard like a diamond. You might start to look a little flat, with the loss of some vascularity but you'll overall keep your look, If everything is done right.
Depends on length of cycle and amounts really. People have differing opinions, but I like to wait close to 3 weeks after Enanthate or Cypionate. It wont ruin the PCT if started a couple days early.
Saying the dosage you were running could probably help, however if i'm not wrong almost everyones suggest to wait 18days from last shot, this for a Test E 12 weeks cycle @ 500mg/week.
it was 8 weeks at 500mg of test E, i waited 15 days to start the pct....
I've plotted a graph of your cycle assuming you were injecting 250mg 2 times per week, that's it:

It shows after 15 days from last shot the test E remaining in your body, however not far from natty test level, maybe you could have waited some more days, i don't think you made a big mistake, but only you (your body) can tell this.
